Only feedback for improvement is the costs should be discussed and shared beforehand. I wouldn’t change anything but would be good to know and not get a shock when paying after the treatment.
Charlotte is brilliant but I think I struggle to communicate what I would like to achieve- in part because I am conflicted between light and dark !

The folks at Hob are so friendly. It’s a great atmosphere. I’ve been going to Lauren for a year now for colour and cuts. She’s brilliant. Really listens and takes care with what would suit you. She’s also a hoot to spend time with. Highly recommend.
