Found the experience uncomfortable,
I don't know what brand of polish was used but did not go on evenly started chipping off on the first day.
Very disappointed with the whole experience.

As always Katja was friendly and did a great job. However she was surprised when I said my toe nails were for file and polish - perhaps this could be made clear at booking as it def threw her! As always the Belmore is more expensive than other places and £21 is a lot for a twelve minute toe polish but quality cannot be faulted!

I thoroughly enjoyed my pedicure this morning and chats with lovely Katja. Then was surprised by having enough loyalty points to pay for my treatment! I am one very happy customer. Thanks Belmore!

Very patient and proffesional

On Wednesday evening I had both my eyebrows waxed and tinted. I have been going to the Belmore for years and could never fault the service. Every time I have been previously I have always been questioned on how I like my eyebrow shaped, only this time I was only asked in regards to the colour.. I have always loved my thick eyebrows.. I have kept them like that for years.. instead now my eyebrows have been waxed so thin I cannot even stand to look at them, they are uneven and pointy.. from having been to the Belmore for years I will no longer be going back

Sharna is an amazing member of your team, she is great at what she does and appears to be passionate about it too. Always makes you feel like an old friend and remembers things you have told her from months ago! Shows that she’s really listening to your customers!

Really lovely. Just what I needed. A point worth mentioning is the bed squeaked very loudly on pressure from the massage- it took away the tranquility as was very irritating. Sorry. The massage was amazing though :)

I'm not sure I would use st tropez again, just purely for the colouring, I prefer fake bake products. But the therapist was lovely, I would definitely use her again.

Amazing service, fitted me in at earliest opportunity and released me from agonising pain. Although still painful, this will improve over the next few days and I will cope better with it now.

My massage as usual was fantastic but was very disappointed when I went to pay and it had gone up by £10 !! Which is an increase of 20% which I feel is a bit high. I was notified of increase when I book for my back with Anne which is £3 but I book mAssage at same time and was not informed of this large increase. If this is going to be the price I will have to look for somewhere else as the going rate is around £45 to £50 ish.

The lady who did my nails was nice, however it’s Tuesday and one of them is already peeling off not very impressed when it cost £30 you would expect them to last a little longer. Also I find it odd that there’s no music or background noise - there doesn’t feel like there’s much of an atmosphere. I’ve also been for a massage here and again no music and the lady wanted to chat the whole time, I just wanted a relaxing massage.

Such a relaxing experience, Katja was friendly and welcoming and made you feel at ease. Treatments were wonderful and I left feeling very relaxed.

Had a sunbed today, was clean as normal and only booked very last minute which was good.
Before my holiday I had a manicure shellac which was great but had it on the Saturday and by the time I got to the airport early Tuesday it was peeling off! I ended up having it done again 4 days into our holiday which 3 weeks later is still in place!!
I know it doesn’t last that long but surely longer than 2 days?!?!
