Disappointed in my treatment today. I’ve had several shellac manicures in different salons so know what to expect. ***** was very friendly & chatty however I was out in less than 30mins. I usually have nails soaked after trimming but although I asked for mine to be cut, I wasn’t asked what shape I wanted. The tidy up around nails was painful as skin quite dry. The polish wasn’t applied smoothly & seems thicker on the tips.
Overall a disappointing day & would not recommend.

Was given vouchers for my Birthday for The Belmore Centre, I chose Thai Foot Massage as my first treatment (deluxe back massage) to follow, just wow!! Never felt so relaxed Alison was calm and gentle and gave me the most relaxing foot massage, I actually fell asleep at one point!! Highly recommend this and being on my feet most of the day, feet tlc is a must, looking forward to my next treatment now

I hadn’t met Lauren before but she listened to my needs and acted accordingly. She made me feel comfortable and the treatment was thorough but with extra care to the problem areas. I can really feel the benefit.

Very disappointing experience.
Went for a deluxe back massage which included hot stones on Tuesday meant to be a 45 minute treatment, but therapist decided after 30 minutes that she was going to finish the treatment due to the room being too hot.
Was originally tried to be talked out of getting a hot stone completely but as it was what I had booked it was the treatment I wanted to receive. Came with a friend who received her full treatment.
If you were aware it was going to be a hot week maybe contacting the clients prior to them turning up would avoid disappointment. £5 seemed a little cheeky.

Sharna is a little star. She can never do enough for you, sorting my eyebrows out as well as my Hollywood wax today, even though it was absolutely sweltering weather and I could tell all the girls were struggling! She’s fab

Friendly welcome, was there early and Chloe was ready so we started early. Only have my nail done about once a year was made to feel very relaxed. We chose the colour together and what would be best for holiday. Had a nice chat throughout. Definitely would recommend Chloe and the team xx

I have always had excellent treatment

Had a wax with Laura today, she is lovely and would recommend her to everyone. The Belmore Centre is always welcoming and very relaxing. Wish I could spend more time there having treatments.?

Booked shellac pedicure and thought would be pampered and scrubbed end etc. All I got just shellac polish and very few colours nothing to choose from. Ripp off for that kind of service. Very very disappointed and wasted the money.

Joana was amazing she focused on my horrendously tight shoulders. I felt truly relaxed and will definitely use her again. I’m just gutted there were no available slots to book for next week.
