Absolutely gutted, ruined my eyebrows. Took too much off and ruined the shape just before a big wedding.

I thought Claire was excellent, she explained everything to me before my treatment, she warned me I might feel some discomfort but I have to say I never felt any. She is very patient and explained what she was doing and why and at the end of my treatment she told me what to expect during the next 5 days and how to minimise any discomfort .

Claire is wonderful, I would recommend her to everyone. She is very professional yet she makes you feel completely at ease.. I came to Claire after having bad microblading done in another salon - she was realistic with what we could achieve together and after my first session I couldn’t have been happier. The results were great and have lasted, they still look nearly new.

Overall, the exprernce of a shellac manicure was very pleasant. The atmosphere was calming and welcoming. There was a variety of colours to choose from and lasted a long time without chipping. Perfect for my holiday.

My nan went for a pedicure, she says it could do with being a little more personal. Maybe asked for a drink/magazine while sitting in the room with your hot booties on as your sitting in the room for maybe quarter of an hour on your own.
I had an express facial with Fran. She was great, literally made my experience, felt like she was a lifelong friend of mine! She was absolutely brilliant!
