Excellent service from Fran, very knowledgeable and thorough. My only complaint is I was taken through to treatment 15 mins late and finished 15 mins early so feel I lost half hour of my experience.

Thank you for leaving your review and sorry to hear you thought your day with us was cut short when you visited us last week. A Half Day Pamper Package has a booking time of 2 Hours and 15 Minutes which includes the time for you to be taken up to the room and to be brought down again afterwards. Fran did take you up a little later at 10:15am but you were not departed from us until 12:49pm meaning you actually had a booking time of around 2 Hours 35 minutes instead, even with the unfortunate later start time. Some of our treatments are currently automatically extended internally at the moment, to allow us to deep clean and sanistise the rooms between clients which may be the reason you thought you had less time if you were following the times stated on the text message confirmations. These will at the moment state the times booked into our system on multiple bookings which can unfortunately give a slightly different impression of the correct times.
I am very sorry for any inconvenience caused by the messaging giving that false impression though and am sorry if you felt this impacted your time with us at all.

This was my first time having a massage. I was nervous as didn’t know what to expect. After all the working out I do, it was great to receive a massage to help. The masseuse was Joana. She done a perfect job. Would highly recommend this massage parlour! Clean, tidy and well organised.
A great way to end the week. Left me feeling very relaxed and my tight back, neck and shoulder muscle feel much looser.

An excellent treatment and Lara was very friendly. I couldn’t get booked in with my usual stylist and this was the first time that I had been to Lara. But I didn’t like the way medical history was collected. Using an iPad in a leather case that obviously had been used by every other client was not in my opinion acceptable.
