Was my first time at the Belmore Centre with Sharna, it was lovely and some great advice from Sharna! Got another appointment booked with again in a months time!
Which I'm already looking forward to.

From first to last the Covid protocol was brilliant - was thorough but not too intrusive and didn’t stop the innate friendliness and great customer service shinIng through.

I was welcomed at the door and felt instantly comfortable. A lot of thought has gone into ensuring social distancing and client and staff safety from start to finish. It was lovely to be able to have my nails done and the colour is so pretty!

I had a treatment with Julia today and it was so lovely and relaxing! I haven’t felt so relaxed in a long time! I can not fault the treatment in any way, it was perfect & would definitely request her in the future!

I didn’t have to wait long and was taken in for my treatment straight away. Julia was very friendly and welcoming and was able to answer all questions about my treatment.

The only negative point I would like to make is every time I have been here I always hear staff banging around the hall way, talking about lunch breaks & future appointments outside the treatment rooms. It doesn’t really provide a calming environment that you would expect. I felt slightly on edge like someone was going to walk in at any point and I think If I was having a full body massage I would have been very uncomfortable. As this has happened on nearly every one of my visits I wanted to mention this.

The Belmore Center have done really well in regards to COVID 19. Everyone wore face masks and they had protective shields up at reception. The waiting room was changed around to allow for social distancing. I was asked to use hand sanitizer as I walked in before doing anything which I appreciated! Before arriving I received a text with a link to information regarding COVID 19 and what to expect from them which was very helpful and made me feel more comfortable!
I did feel that staff should have worn a mask along side the protective shield like the advice states for hairdressers but they only had a shield which allows a lot of space around the sides.
Overall, as always I did enjoy my booking at The Belmore Center. Staff were all very friendly, welcoming and happy to help in any way. I will be returning again :)

This was my first visit after lockdown and I was very impressed with the set up, one in reception area and a time and hand sanitiser. Laura greeted me with PPE on and made me feel very comfortable. Lovely relaxing manicure and pedicure. I will continue to book my regular treatments.

Today was my first visit to the Belmore Centre post lockdown. I was very happy with the changes put in place to ensure both my safety and that of the staff. Treatment is still of the same high standard I have come to expect of the Belmore Centre. Well done!

Despite all the new restrictions, Alison as always made me feel relaxed and was very friendly. Left feeling like new!!!

My first visit since lock-down. The Belmore have clearly worked hard putting all safety measures in place. I received a voice call from my therapist Laura, which was so lovely, advising the Belmore was opening & asked if I would like an appointment.... fantastic service. On arrival, the queuing signage outside building was clear & on a one in one out basis. Lovely welcome from reception. Laura greeted me for my appointment with her & she was a sight for sore eyes. She was professional, relaxed & has embraced the new working practices as have all the team members I met. I felt very safe & so very happy to be back. Well done Belmore, knew you wouldn’t let us down.

Very good service lovely nails but I smudged 3 opening my bag for me keys - sad so next time I will shellac as thee is no opportunity to dry them

I was very comfortable with all covid19 precautions.

I had my usual waxing the day that the Belmore re-opened their doors after lockdown. Jenna was fantastic and although things are very different with visors, aprons and masks, it was great to be able to get back to the Belmore. It is clear that everyone has had some really great training and are observing the new rules and conditions, to ensure the safety of clients.

Emily gave me a lovely experience, she made me feel very comfortable and enjoyed talking to her. Thankyou will defiantly be back soon.
