I’m so in love with my new hair!!!
I had a total restyle with Aimee today. Going from long hair to short I wanted some prior advice. Aimee kindly had a free consultation with me a couple of weeks ago, answered all of my questions/worries and today took the time needed with me to show me and talk me through how to style my new hair myself.
This is my first time visiting the Coven and have now booked my next two visits in.

I came in today and wanted a fun and exciting change. I wanted length off my hair and a real standout different (for me) colour. So we chatted, Aimee took time with the colour book, but things weren't quite there, I wanted something a bit more "out there". So Aimee got out the bright colours and we had fun. The result is absolutely what I wanted, it has cheered me up no end, and makes me smile every time I think of it.
I now have beautiful hair. Thanks Aimee, it's exactly what I wanted.

I was very impressed by the relaxing head massage and chair.

As usual Donna was very helpful,and gives advice as to what would suit you,and your hair type.

I found Emma to be welcoming and professional with a lovely calm disposition. I was asked if I wanted a drink and the choices available- the coffee that arrived was a work of art! and delicious ☕️This is the second time Emma has cut my hair ( and more recently both my daughters) We all have curly hair and Emma always does a lovely cut, shaping the curls. Emma showed me how to curl it using a hairbrush!- I loved the result 💕
I was made to feel like a guest in the salon. In terms of her professionalism alone, I think Emma is future Management material 🤩

Service from booking to walking out after my cut was amazing. I booked in the morning for a same day cut. All staff were friendly and put me at ease as I had a considerable amount of hair cut. They included my daughter in the process and asked her to do the first cut.
Absolutely love the new me!
