My daughters had their hair cut today and both had a really great experience. The ladies checked the cut and style with both myself and my daughters. They felt thoroughly spoiled and pampered, and very grown up.

Very disappointing that guests having anything less than a tint or perm are not permitted a beverage? You are charging high end prices even for a cut & style - please lets relook at this rule - this is all part of the experience a guest is looking for.

I had a lot of nerves about having my hair highlighted having had the same person for over 20 years but they soon disappeared. Aimee made me feel completely at ease and was lovely to talk to. I am so happy with the results and can’t wait for my next visit. The bonus was having someone else washing my hair instead of bending over the bath to do it yourself and the head massage was amazing!!

Highly recommend. Hana always ensures I'm happy with the end result and nothing is too much trouble for her.

The Covid precautions are very reassuring, the ladies are always so professional, friendly, knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. After having my hair coloured/highlighted 3 weeks ago unfortunately the colour faded, I phoned up & was immediately given another appointment to return so they could sort it out. Steph was brilliant & explained that my years oc dying my hair blond may be the problem but over time this will correct itself & with another treatment at end of July it would solve the problem.
Hair was dealt with & left the salon happy knowing that my years of home dye kits are no more?? Steph was lovely as usual along with the other staff members I met who were also really friendly as always & polite. I am booked in for end of July with the lovely Aimee who has the pleasure of dealing with my rogue hair colouring haha. Thank you Steph for dealing with it today, much appreciated & I wish you the best of luck with the birth of your little bundle of joy…MAKE SURE YOU REST UP!!! xx

I wouldn’t go anywhere else to have my hair cut. Millie has always done an amazing job on my hair, always get what I ask for. She takes the time and effort to make sure it’s perfect and the rest of the team always chip in to help each other out which makes it such a nice friendly environment.

Over priced and my appointment never starts on time, however Millie is friendly, polite and professional. Cut and colour is always good.
