I felt totally safe from a Covid perspective. All the staff are so kind & friendly. My haircut is fabulous and was exactly what I asked for. My hair is getting dry as I approach that certain age & got good advice on products that will help, but they were not pushy about making a sale.

Aimee was brilliant with my daughter; so friendly and chatty putting her instantly at ease. Great cut and style so we’re now ready to go back to school. Thanks so much Aimee!

Natalie was a fantastic hairdresser who listened, advised and then did a perfect, foils, toner, cut and blow dry. I walked out feeling a million dollars. Can’t recommend enough!

This was my first visit to the salon since lockdown- and I was probably one of the last customers prior to lockdown! I waited patiently to be contacted by the salon once they opened (I wasn’t desperate!) and they duly contacted me within a couple of weeks of opening - I could have had an earlier appointment but was happy to wait. Today I visited the salon. The distancing procedures and hygiene was excellent. It was a relaxed atmosphere and felt ‘normal’! Well done Team!

We attended the salon for the first time since lockdown this morning. The procedures in place are well thought out and work really well in practice.

My daughter and I had our temperatures taken upon arrival, sanitised our hands and wore masks.

We were greeted with the usual warm welcome and smiles from the entire team and my five year old wasn't phased in the slightest by the changes as it was all handled so well.

Delighted with the usual high standard of haircut and service from Steph and the perfect standards of hygiene displayed made me feel very confident with the salon being Covid secure.

I’ve been a regular for a few years and Lori has always been friendly and so caring in every appointment and today was exactly the same. It’s clear the team have taken a lot of time to make it safe and clean but to remain welcoming. Of course it was weird having a mask on but it was lovely to be a bit normal (the weird new normal) for a bit after such a long time of shielding. Thanks Lori my horrid lockdown hair looks amazing again! It’s safe to go and so lovely to see everyone again. Thanks so much Lori!

First time back seeing Gemma post lockdown. Their hygiene practices are great & made me feel safe. As always a great cut & colour.... lovely to feel a little pampered again (and get the grey covered up!)

First time visit to salon, on arrival very welcoming, felt confident with standards and organised with Covid situation. Kirsty is a lovely young lady and I am more than happy with cut and blow dry. Would come back. Downside very expensive at £75 I would normally pay £46 in the same standard hairdresser.

I had the pleasure of being one of the first customers to go back to destiny’s upon opening after lockdown. Whilst a little apprehensive from the moment I walked through the door the staff were there on hand explaining the changes and what had been done to make us all safe. I loved the whole experience and felt a million dollars walking out of there after the amazing Amelia had worked her magic in my hair. I would say I'm quite fussy with my hair and in almost every visit to a hairdresser, I'm left disappointed. But my experience at destiny early March 2020 was the best I've had, my hairdresser listened to me and I liked that she expressed her opinion towards what suited me. The hair cut and colour was exactly what I wanted. I wouldn't normally write a review, but I had to. Thank you for your amazing service and care.
