Yes that’s right, I am difficult. I went to Destiny this morning. It’s not far from where I live - five minute walk max. Anway lI still managed to be about five minutes late. I only went there to have my fringe cut. There is no charge for this. I was still treated the same as someone having something expensive done to their hair. The reason I am difficult is that I have Parkinson’s Disease. So I move a lot. Gemma was attentive, friendly and patient. I can’t praise Gemma enough for putting an anxious 40-something year old disabled woman at ease.

I had Akira and she was so so lovely! She helped me get the look I want, and made me feel comfortable and valued from start to finish! Nothing was too much trouble for her, and she is so passionate about her job and really knows her stuff. She even put my hair up for me going straight to the gym!

Not my first time in Destiny but it was the first time Natalie has cut my hair. Having 5/6 inches cut off was drastic but Natalie checked and double checked then just got on and cut. She made me feel really comfortable and did a great cut! Would highly recommend Natalie and the salon.

It’s always a pleasure to visit Destiny for my hair appointments. The staff are always so friendly, very professional and nothing is too much trouble. From the minute you walk in the door, the atmosphere is very relaxing and everyone is welcome. Hana who does my colour & cuts is very knowledgeable. A time out for self and relaxed experience again

I had my first experience at Destiny tonight with Hana. I was really impressed and Hana did I fantastic job with my hair which was in dire need of a cut. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

They always know what I want and go out their way to do the very best. Excellent service and lovely warm atmosphere.

My 10 yr old has been growing his hair for over a year but felt it was time to get it cut short again. I knew he’d be in safe hands with Donna. She listened to his thoughts and ideas on what he wanted, modified bits and did an amazing job as always. One very happy boy and one mum feeling a lot older as he looks so grown up! I had a lovely hair cut today. Being pregnant, I had a midwife appointment before hand but unfortunately she was running late. This meant it ate into the time I had booked for my wash house experience, which I was looking forward to. I fully expected to need to re-book this but I was pleasantly surprised when Amelia just pushed back my appointment slightly which meant I could have this still. It was great and I’m really grateful to her for that and my fab cut and style. See you soon :-)

I had a fantastic time withthis salon. It was my first time to visit and i would definitely come back for other services. Aimee listened to what i wanted and she delivered! I liked how she massaged my head whilst washing my hair and that massage chair is a must try! I loved my new haircut! My 4 yr old daughter also loved it, highly recommend!

Managed to get a last minute appointment and they were very accommodating. Aimee was great with Immy (4), made sure I was happy with the cut and did a fab job.

Step coloured my hair today .. what a lovely bubbly lady she is and extremely professional.
I was worried about having it done as had bad experiences in the past elsewhere but Stef did an amazing job . She took care over my hair and I felt in good hands . Will definitely recommend this salon and will return soon

Just come back from a free washhouse experience at destiny with Millie. It was absolutely lovely - very relaxing with the massage chair as well. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. Hana cut my hair beautifully having discussed and advised beforehand. I also was offered refreshments. I highly recommend this saloon and their lovely staff which is thankfully my local one so even better.
