Staff very pleasant. I felt my hairdresser Akira who washed, cut and spoke with me about what I wanted to achieve today, She listened to what I said about my hair and followed my instructions, plus advising me. I was very pleased with my visit especially as it was my first time there, but will not be my last.

What a lovely way to spend a Saturday morning - taking advantage of my Destiny loyalty stamps I had a fabulous Washhouse Experience - sitting in the massage chair and comfortable basin I almost fell asleep as my scalp was massaged using tea tree oil and lemon - bliss!
With cup of coffee in hand the relaxing experience continues as I have my hair cut and styled by my regular hairdresser Kirsty who always takes the time to find out about the condition of my hair and my preferences regarding styling. Whilst I have found other salons that offer cheaper prices I always return to Destiny as the customer service is excellent and I leave happy and totally refreshed!

The ladies at Destiny hairdressers are lovely, they are so welcoming and friendly, they offer hot/cold drinks magazines while you wait. They are so nice and go above and beyond to make sure that you the experience you want.

Today was the first time I have attended the salon. Amelia was my stylist and I could not be happier. She transformed the way I look and I love it. I will definitely go back and highly recommend them.

I have had my hair styled by Natalie for a number of years and have always been happy with the result. She does an excellent gents cut & style. The salon has a real feel good atmosphere and all of the stylists and receptionists are friendly and welcoming.

I visited today for my 4 weekly regrowth tint appointment. As always I was well looked after by all staff members who are always so pleasant and efficient. There is always a lovely atmosphere at the salon and I love the way all staff members chip in and do what needs to be done at the time. There never seems to be a hierarchy or job too small to be done. Donna made my hair lovely too.

Akita fit me in for a last minute full gloss and thin. She was lovely as always and my colour is perfect.

This was my first visit and I was very nervous. I had a wonderful hairdresser who spoke to me through out the hair prosses. I would recommend Destiny as it's a lovely atmosphere and if your nervous, they sure know how to take them away x thanks again.

Had a free birthday head massage today by Angel. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. My hair is super soft and smells divine.

The cut was excellent, perfect in fact, but the colour was not as I had hoped. It was done well, fine highlights and good coverage as I had asked just the wrong shade. Massage chairs amazing!

Akira and Amelia were professional and friendly. They made me feel at ease. They guided me through my colour and colour, ready for my Christmas. I had a new base colour and style too !!

I am absolutely happy with the service I received from destiny. I am a regular user and this time with my hair treatment I didn’t feel it was making any difference so when I discussed that with Nathalie my hair stylist she quick took the feedback on board and arranged another session for me to get it right. I got my hair cut and colour from her and the service was absolutely amazing.
