Donna has cut my hair for a while now but I’m only a once a year visitor. It’s always a beautiful cut and keeps its shape for a long time which suits me perfectly. Really enjoyed the head massage with my hair wash and left feeling really pampered. As I only go once a year it feels like a bargain!

Phoebe gave me my 2nd round of injections. Definitely see a slight improvement under my chin and am happy with the results. She also was really lovely and gave me a free 2ml botox injections in my forehead. How lucky am i. Thanks Phoebe.x

Thank you for sorting my son's hair for his holiday.
We visit regularly for appointments. A polite suggestion for improvement would be to sort the front of house out so that it's more consistent. Sometimes we arrive and stand by the desk and no one acknowledges us for ages. Other times we're greeted straight away and treated like royalty with a drink immediately whilst we wait for the appointment. Other times we're just pointed to a waiting chair to wait in and not offered a drink. It's really hit and miss what you get but the front of house is so important for first impressions.
We look forward to our next appointments.

I went to see the lovely Phoebe for a lemon bottle fat injection for my double chin. It was quick and painless. I have had no side effects and have drank 2 litres water and 15 minutes massage daily. Going for next injection on Saturday.
