First time using Destiny and it was brilliant! Alexa was fantastic and cut my hair exactly how I described I wanted it. £51.50 is a lot for a cut and blow dry, so that’s why it’s only 2 stars for value, but all in all a great atmosphere, brilliant service and an excellent result.

Generally fine but disappointed to notice a large junk of hair too short around my ear on one side. Looks like a bit has been bitten off, scissors slipped. Have had previous great service but for a £60 cut not satisfied.

Excellent service from Kirstie, young lady who did the blow dry and wash was indeed rough, burnt my ears and scalp with the hair dryer, despite telling her twice it was too hot and burning me. Left me at the basin when deep conditioning for over 10 minutes then everything was a rush to get me out as quick as she could. Next time will ask she is not involved. One time again rough handling by her.

Bit expensive, but I love this hair dressers and everyone that works there to be honest would not go anywhere else staff are friendly caring and always make sure your happy with the results of your hair cut style or colour

The staff were very pleasant and accomodating. My hairdresser let me enjoy my gorgeous, relaxing hairwash and massage chair in silence (thank you!) I was given exactly what I wanted plus lots of honest information for future visits. Lovely, relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended! ?

Just got back from having full colour and highlights with Steph. I've had a few colour disasters this year and Steph has put them right every time... then today she put the most wonderful colour in my hair that I'll be having done again in a month for my wedding. SO happy. I've finally found myself a hairdresser who is top notch and I trust completely. Thanks so much :).

As always a fantastic colour, cut, Service and experience. The salon is always clean, the team couldn't do more for you, keeping you refreshed and stocked with magazines. Steph is brilliant cutting curly hair and really listens to you when discussing what you're after style/colour wise. And the massage chair are a bonus! X

I've had a period of illness and a lot of my hair fell out and was looking awful. The stylist was so sympathetic and we talked about what I would like done, and she advised me on what would work and what might not. So I had 3 inches taken off with a graduated bob and my hair suits me so much better now! My curls have bounced back and my hair sits much better around my face, perfect length! It also looks fuller and thicker with the layers. Thanks Destiny, I couldn't be happier with my new look! X
