Superb afternoon at The Room. Left the salon feeling great. My colour looks so natural and Kirsty always ensures that I’m 100% happy. Great cut, which sits brilliantly and is easy to keep.

I love having my hair cut here by Kirsty; having moved away from the area, I still prefer to travel back to have it done by her as I enjoy catching up and the whole experience. Plus the salon is a lovely relaxing environment without other customers around and you only have the one hairdryer to shout over whilst talking!

Ed is the only hair stylist to get my hair right !! He knows how to cut my shape so that it suits me and my hair ….

Met Ed for the first time for a consultation. Ive never had any stylist take the time to fully explain how my hair would be cut and show me. After bad experiences in the past and avoiding hair salons for years. Ed made the whole experience a pleasure and brushed away the nerves and anxiety. From the minute I arrived, I was made to feel so welcome. Kirsty and Ed have great interpersonal skills, they are very friendly and professional. I was asked questions as to how I like my hair and what colour I prefer, whether I preferred the blonde or wanted to be darker.
Kirsty coloured my hair and I really love the colour! I’ve got the blonde back in my hair, in a slightly different tone to before and it looks great!

I went to Kirsty with an image to go darker as I have a little one on the way and going back to my natural colour is going to be less maintenance for when little one is here. Kirsty took me from grown out blonde highlights to glossy, caramel latte highlights mixed with dark brown and it matched the image to a T! My hair has never felt healthier or looked shinier and I can’t thank Kirsty enough. She really is a hair fairy!
