I have had my haircut by Sasha for over a year now. Really happy with her. She’s lovely and does a great job.

Brilliant happy service from everyone. Great cut & TLC!

Phoned day before and got an appoint for the next day with a choice which was excellent. Had a pretty meet with stylist which was good to discuss what the plan was. Hair washed then styled. And got NHS staff reduction which makes such a difference.

Just one suggestion. Check seats were clients sit and wait. At 9am it was covered in hair. And have gowns available for larger clients. I decline as the standard ones don’t fit. So I end up covered in hair. Also change the towel used to dry the hair to a new one as damp one left on shoulders soaked clothes. Overall great service. Thank you

I was booked in for a trim with Izzy (Emily). Emily knows I don’t like having too much off and she respects my wishes. I’m always happy with her cuts. She’s always bright and cheerful. Amy in reception is equally lovely and very efficient. Holly washed my hair and I have only had her wash it twice but I have to say, I think she’s the best! Very happy.

As usual I was very happy with my haircut by Carlo. He has got to know my hair over the years as my hair is very thick and needs a lot of work to it. I can't fault him and we always have a laugh which makes it more than just a haircut. I am always welcomed by the receptionists. They all know when they see my name I'm one of those special clients. ? Abby x

It had been a little while since my last cut, but I was welcomed like an old friend. Izzy made me feel relaxed and I’m always amazed how much she remembers about our conversations. Loved the cut and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Everyone is super friendly at the salon, I'm always made to feel very welcome. Whoever does my colour always does a great job and I never mind who I have. Izzy cuts my hair and she does a fabulous job. They're a wonderful team.

I have now had two fantastic hair cuts with Izzy including cutting my long hair in to a pixie cut. Both times I have left really happy with the cut and have felt like she completely understood what I was looking for. I would highly recommend her.

I am a regular client, and Scarlet has looked after my hair for many years, her expert cut makes it easy for me to manage at home. Other members of staff are always friendly and helpful.

Very good but very expensive

Language barrier with stylist difficult. Not able to interact freely. Think what I wanted done with my hair cut and style was lost in translation.

Jennie, the Art director (or one of many) of the Aylesbury branch is the best !! She listened to what I wanted and also advised when I asked her opinion. I am really pleased with my bob and I have had lots of compliments since. Thank you again Jennie - you did a great job and look forward to seeing you soon.

Service and hair cuts has always been second to none. Stylists take time to go through the consultation with you. Staff are always polite and friendly. Products a little pricey though but good quality.

My 16 year old daughter was delighted with her hair after Izzy cut it on Saturday. It's beautifully shaped and styled, more manageable without losing too much length. Looks lovely. She was thrilled.

I rang to say I was going to be late but everyone was very accommodating. I had a root tint with Jordan who was efficient and did a great job. The girl who washed my hair (sorry can’t remember her name but she had long blonde hair with a fringe) was friendly and did a really good blow dry for me. I left feeling gorgeous and relaxed. And I got my AVDC staff discount as usual. So I was really happy.

Went to a different salon 2 weeks ago for hair cut and hated it. Desperately needed a decent cut for a job interview. Trust Toni & Guys as been before so walked in for emergency appointment. Very accommodating, Marissa listened to me, talked about most suitable styles and gave me a beautiful new do. I left feeling a million dollars.

Lovely welcoming smile and very friendly throughout the cut! Informative about products and how to style my hair at home! Would definitely come back again!

I love tony and guy I have been going there for two decades I looked so good last night thanks to dear JOrdan my technician and softie my stylist. If tony and guy build the salon in Tehran city of Iran I be their host since I spend a lot of time working there and we love BRitish folks.

Stupidly thick, Stupidly frizzy and stupidly fast- growing. This is how I used to describe my waist length totally unruly mop of hair. I saw Charlie on Saturday and she gave me my power back! Now curly or straight I manage my hair instead of it managing me! I love it! Chunky layers were definitely the right call and it's so flattering for my face! Could not be happier!

Came in for my regular Foils and tint. Lovely welcome, excellent attention to detail by Jordin, came away feeling glam - met friends for lunch who said it looked lovely - very positive comments this morning at work!

My hair has been washed many a time in your salon over the years but the girl that washed my hair on Monday was fantastic. Best hair wash I have ever had, am only sorry I don't know what her name is! Great service.

I’ve enjoyed being a client at Toni and Guy for many years and have always found the staff unfailingly courteous and helpful. The stylists and colourists are always professional and are helpful with new ideas and suggestions. I think Stephen runs a very successful salon in Aylesbury and I am sorry I am leaving the area and will no longer be a regular client at Toni and Guy.

An excellent service from start to finish..The Dynamic Duo..Jordin and Nathan who coloured and restyled my hair..22 weeks after my last appt! Feel so much better..wont leave it that long again!
