Great cut as always. The previous cut lasted very well through lockdown. Testament to good styling.

A friendly welcome from Rachel at the desk who advised me to pick up a plastic box. The box contained a mask, gloves, 2 aprons which acted as a gown (1 at the front, 1 at the back), disposable towels and a cup. I put my PPE on and met Holly, who was wearing a plastic visor and gloves. We discussed my cut and I had my hair washed, cut and blow dried as normal. The only difference was the PPE. Also no clients directly either side of you and they are given an hour per client. This allows time to prepare each station and for you to get ready.
It was great to get my hair cut and lovely to see everyone. They were professional and friendly as always.

As always Izzy was amazing from my greeting when I walked in to my end result walking out! She always knows what I want and adapts to everything I say! Izzy has been very professional for the 8 years (!) I’ve been coming here and I knew in the current situation I would be in very safe hands. TA X

It was my first time meeting Kirsty so I was a bit apprehensive at first but she listened to what I wanted and I am really pleased with the results, I have booked again for 4wks time.

My colour and cut were done by Reanne (sorry I’m not sure how she spells it), who is not on your drop down list! This was the second time she had coloured my hair. Reanne is very careful and professional and takes time to ask about the cut and colour. She is a really pleasant person too.

Salon was very well set up and managed to cope with the new restrictions. Steven never disappoints with his excellent styling. However the prices appear to have crept up and have thought for awhile that was somewhat excessive for a cut and blow dry and not something my budget can maintain.

She cut my young daughters hair from long into a bob and she was lovely to her. She also cut it beautifully!

Really pleased with my colour and cut. The stylist explained what the colour would like to start with and how we could get to the result I wanted. Will return as best my colour has looked in ages.

So glad I went to get my hair cut by Steven. I arrived with flat and lanky hair and I left with the bounce of a solid cut. He listened to my likes and dislikes about haircuts, told me what’s possible and what isn’t and then cut it exactly as discussed. Result!

I arranged for my fiancé to come in to discuss her hair requirements as recommended by yourselves. This was a pre appointment/consultation to discuss her options to lead into a full styling/colouring appointment.

Unfortunately she was met with poor customer service and made to wait around by the receptionist who eventually squeezed in 5 minutes of her precious time to speak with her. The manner in which she then spoke with my fiancé was pretty much in the tone of ‘what do you want’ rather than ‘how can I help you’? My fiancé was made to feel very unwelcome and almost embarrassed at being there. This was supposed to be a nice experience for her in order to get her hair done in time for her birthday instead you managed to provide the exact opposite. A truly horrible experience and consequently I will be telling whoever I come into contact with how poor a branch the Aylesbury Toni and Guy is.

As a final note I never complain as a rule but I am so upset that a company that is deemed to be market leading is actually so poor in reality. I work in the customer service industry and if I even treated one person the way that my fiancé experienced yesterday I would expect to lose business regularly.

Absolutely brilliant service - the team were highly professional, friendly and efficient. I went in for a cut and blow dry; Kirsty was fantastic, she achieved exactly what I asked for and was chatty which I personally like. I also would like to thank Zachary for washing my hair and dealing with my payment, he was very friendly and provided great service. Overall a very positive experience and would highly recommend.

I don’t know the ladies name. I believe Art Director. Came in with my children. Lady was so lovely chatting to girls. Normally children can be seen not heard whilst sat in chair. Both have very different hair. She cut and styled according to each type. Girls very happy.

I walked in to the saloon with dull, shoulder length hair and a vague idea of what I wanted. I left the saloon with one of the sharpest cuts I have ever had, which turned out to be exactly what I wanted! Thanks Izzy for an excellent hair cut, and being lovely too.

Unfortunately on this visit I not only felt I was not listened too, I also feel I have had an awful awful haircut. I have booked an appointment with another salon for them to right the uneven cut I received from *****. Luckily and thankfully it's only hair and it will grow back. However I won't be returning to Toni & Guy in a hurry!

I came into the salon with damaged hair which had been botched by another salon.Izzy was able to quickly assess what she would suggest doing to my hair and suggested a treatment to make my hair healthier and glossier.After a discussion i opted to have the damage repair treatment and boy did it make a difference.my hair was washed by Zac ( sorry if i got the name wrong) who was friendly ,proffessional and gives the best head massage treatment and has gentle hands.
To conclude izzy was able to give me a smooth and sleek midlength cut which felt and looked amazing.
I would come back again and be prepared to try a braver haircut in the future as the service and the people at this salon gave me the confidence.
The money was worth it .

Recently moved into the area and had been very nervous about finding a new stylist. I needn’t of worried. Jenny did a great job of cutting my hair into a tidy bob. Will definitely be returning

Jordan was very helpful and listening to what I wanted and gave good advise as my hair was over coloured red by a previous salon, she did an excellent job and I was extremely pleased, whilst being professional and friendly.

Izzy has been my hairdresser for years, however I went to another hairdresser for my past couple of cuts. Going back in to you again after going elsewhere has made me realise what I’ve been missing! P.S everyone there is fab. Love that they made a fuss over my baby and having her with me wasn’t much of an issue!

Carly always a great job but since new management it’s very disappointing that you are asked to pay an extra £4 for a Blow dry. I think this a bad development and very mean given the price already paid. I think it may mean loss of business for Toni & Guy (purely out of principle!)
