Service is always excellent. Professional and friendly staff make it a pleasure to travel 30 mins to use Aylesbury m’s branch!

I am moving away from the area and will miss my regular visits to this salon. The girls are lovely and Steven is amazing. They have become friends and it was a wrench to say goodbye. I am especially fond of Amy, Carly, Jordon and of course Steven. All the other staff are lovely too. A million thanks.

Brilliant as always. Appointment on time, no waiting around between colour and cut but there never is. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have been a customer at this branch of Toni and Guy for many years. On paying at my previous visit, I was told to inform the reception next time I requested a additional treatment to my hair so as extra time could be allocated to my appointment . I found this rude as I had not made a request, this was a suggestion from my colourist. I decided to change my colourist this time and was extremely happy to be back to the bright blonde that Franki once created (I do miss her). Despite asking for 2 coffees and receiving neither, my cut with Scarlett was as perfect as it ever is. For this reason alone, I remain at this branch.

Had my first haircut with Marissa and I’m so happy with it. All the staff are welcoming and atmosphere great.

As usual, top notch service from the team. I felt looked after from the moment I walked in. My colourist Jordan remembered what we talked about the last time I was in and made me feel that she was interested during the time she spent with me. Scarlet took my vague ideas for a change of style and gave me a fabulous new look. Came out of the salon feeling a million dollars!

As usual, a great experience. A very warm welcome from Amy. Discussion on what we're going to do with my hair with Izzy before a wonderful hair wash and head massage. Best cut and blow dry from Izzy and leave feeling fabulous, knowing my hair looks great!

Had a Masterclass in how and with what to wash and condition my hair. Had hair cut and dried to what I asked for. Time to have my complimentary drink. Happy bunny. One point. Didn’t realise you don’t get nhs offer on Sat or late nights which was disappointing as I usually come on a rare day off

Marissa was kind, gentle and gave very good advice about my hair. Execution of the plan was perfectly achieved with a smile and a friendly manner. Looks good, feels great.

I am so disappointed.

I have been a customer at this salon for years. I had my first colour at this appointment and specifically said I wanted no red in my hair. The result is - my normally chestnut hair is now Auburn. Colleagues and family have joked about me becoming a red head. I said I didn't like the colour in the salon but nobody seemed very bothered. Having lived with it for a week, I hate it. And I paid over £100 for a cut and colour. Very unhappy.

Lyndsay did my colour and I’m very happy with it. She always listens to what I’d like and does a fab job! She’s very friendly and chatty. Antonia washed it and dried it, again, a lovely girl...very eager and listens to what you want.

Jordan did my hair which I was very pleased with, all the hairdressers are very polite and friendly, one of the young girls did a great blow dry very happy.

Excellent service, live in oxford but go to aylesbury for hair cuts

the cut is fine but realistically the cost at £50 is just not worth it every 2 months

Having left it embarrassingly long since having my last hair cut, I was in desperate need of a re-style. I'm so glad I went back to Izzy to sort me out. My hair looks amazing; the only problem is I keep wanting to look in the mirror as I'm so pleased with it.

I have been going to Tony and Guy in Aylesbury for 8 years. I wouldn't choose to go anywhere else! The staff are amazing, friendly and welcoming. The hairdressers are all very motivated, well trained and understanding. They are very attentive and with a very clean and well-taken-care-of establishment I would absolutely recommend this business to all my friends (my family already come here too). 5 stars!
