Lovely shellac nails in friendly atmosphere.

After a wonderful facial I was really disappointed that I couldn't get my 20% discount because I was told that it had expired in January yet the same leaflets were on the reception desk and my gift voucher was bought my daughter in July so the leaflets with discount were still handed out with the gift voucher !!! Sad that this was not taken in consideration !! The facial I had was worth it

This was only the second time I had had extensions done and wasn’t sure which type would best suit. Beena Was fantastic and chose what she thought would be the best option based on the look I wanted to achieve. I am abseloutly thrilled with the result and found the whole experience and atmosphere first class

Always get amazing service with Beena and she is always able to recommend treatments that make a difference. I am made to feel relaxed and is my go to place for facials, eyebrow threading and now red vein removal.

No matter what I see the team for they always come up trumps. Thanks Georgie and Benna for always fitting me in.

Perfect pedicure in relaxing charming Beena’s

I really like this place and they always can fit me in,even on short notice. They have a great customer service from the front desk to the therapist. It’s a calm environment so you already feel relaxed from when you walk through the front door. I have been here twice now and my therapist as done an exceptional job on waxing all areas and threading.

Beena has hands of gold! She is very professional and acknowledgable.
My skin feels sooo amazing and looks brighter and well hydrated which is very important to me since I have exczema. I wouldn’t go anywhere else than Beena’s as I feel I’m super well looked after.

I has Russian eyelash extensions and they were beautiful! Great service, lovely staff, very comfortable environment. 10/10

Recently popped in for back and shoulder wax and pedicure.... quite sceptical at first to be honest but was mDe to feel extremely welcome and comfortable and thoroughly recommend Beena’s clinic.... staff were extremely pleasant and the clinic itself spotless.... massive thank you and will definitely be back... cannot recommend this place highly enough

The two ladies that did our nails were great. The one thing I would say is when we called we asked for a ‘gel manicure’ and they said we could have the longer lasting one or not so long lasting for £24. We opted for the cheaper one but half way through the manicure/nail painting we realised it wasn’t being ‘dried’ like the normal method of gel nail varnish. Then we were advised they only last a week or so. Going forward making it clear what the exact service is would be of much more benefit. Thank you

My manicure was badly done and was offered a refund of half the amount of the cost of the manicure. I deserved a full refund however I didn’t have the energy to argue it. I now need to go to another beauty salon or nail bar to remove the shellac nails and get it reapplied. I didn’t appreciate it when the therapist who did the botch manicure job try to justify it by saying to Beena that I was constantly on my phone - which was not the case at all. For £39 manicure job you would expect a better service and a professional finish. I don’t have an option not to rate the place so for the sake of it I’m giving the salon a star each.

Everybody us always very friendly and helpful. Lovely shellac today , large arrange of colours to choose from. Confident they will last.

I’ve been having my eyelashes done for past three months and all I can say is that the service is absolutely fantastic. I’ve had people commenting how beautiful my lashes look.
My sessions take usually 45-60mins so I’m super pleased how fast it is and especially with good chats to Beena it goes by pretty quick.

45 minutes, more like 90 and still hadn't dried. Took it off when I got home, smudged and on far too thick, didn't go on very well. ( Not Sherrie's fault either, biggest problem was trying to get it out off the bottle )Sherrie is lovely, chatty and down to earth. £26 a lot of money ☹️

The walls are too thin, you could hear the lady at the front desk was talking to loud. Becky was great. Just couldn’t relax fully with the noise

I had my beauty procedure for three hours, I was sleeping... And a women, perhaps manager came with talking loud “how is going everything?” It was really unnecessary. And then again twice somebody came to take something from the room. After that I couldn’t fall asleep again. No manners at all. I have never seen this in other salons.

It was really helpful that Beena was able to fit me at short notice. A tranquil, unfussy environment and staff who didn't constantly chatter allowing me to step out of a busy day for a brief time. Lovely products.

My first visit to the salon after my consultation a few weeks ago. My consultation was very informative. I had my first treatment last week and when I arrived I was greeted straight away. The girl had my notes already with her and took me to the room, I was made to feel very comfortable through out the procedure and cannot wait to have the rest of my course! I sorry to say I was not very happy with the service I received. Also the machine that is used for laser hair removal seems incredibly outdated based on other salons I have been to and the effects were not as good as I had previously experienced.

Had a lovely facial. Never been here before and felt thoroughly pampered when I left. Would recommend to anyone. My only issue was I couldn’t offer a tip using my card! I never carry cash and next time I will make sure I will!!

Visited the salon for shellac nails. I wanted to use a gift voucher that had been given to me, but when I came to pay, I was told that it had in fact expired. I was very surprised to learn that gift vouchers from Beena’s are only valid for 6 months. The owner was not at all helpful or understanding, and it was a really unpleasant experience.

Furthermore, my shellac nails chipped on two fingers after a week, which was very disappointing.

Won’t be going again.

Lovely experience I always come here to get eyebrows and shellac done always do an amazing job and staff are always polite and helpful. Would highly recommend.
