Stylist left me waiting for 45mins after colouring, she went off to attend another customer. I had to call another hair dresser to remind her I was waiting for my hair to be washed. She did not come round. My hair was washed by someone else. After rough dry, My stylist didn’t even get up her chair to check my colour. I was extremely disappointed! Out of courtesy I still tipped her.

Tracey was one of the best therapists I’ve had … she was full of knowledge about skin products and what would benefit me. The facial was the most relaxing I’ve ever had from shoulders / neck / scalp to the face! So gentle and comforting, definitely be coming back and highly recommend Tracey.
