I’ve not had Lucy do my hair before. As usual, I walked into the Saloon with my barnet looking a dry , flyaway mess . Something that I frustratingly normally contend with.
Lucy made me feel like she had all the time in world to listen to the angst I have with my hair . She kindly suggested options of Aveda products to try and used these today as a demonstration. She was also clear that if didn’t get on with these new products , I could return them if needed. Thank you, Lucy… you’ve given faith.
