Grace was lovely. Nice blow dry but unfortunately feel like I haven't had a hair cut. I said I didn't want to go too short but it had been about 6 weeks. Think she must of literally just taken the ends off

Having had a disastrous haircut at another salon, which was uneven and poorly cut I booked an emergency appointment here. Sarah-Jane was so kind to me and really took time to explain where things had gone wrong with my hair explaining what I could feel and see! I will definitely be back for my next cut! I entered the salon feeling upset, angry and embarrassed but left feeling a 100x better with a plan for growing my hair out.

I am very pleased with the service and haircut I received from Hayley yesterday.

Don't know the young man's name but he was excellent with Alison a special needs lady he was very patient and explained what he was doing lovely young man.

I am happy that Grace became my hairdresser, she’s chatty and very friendly. To day was the first time I had a colour and I came away feeling that it was a job well done. I will be having it done again in the future.

Sarah-Jane was so friendly. She is a fantastic curly specialist. She put me totally at ease and cut my curls beautifully. She listened to what I wanted and delivered. Sarah-Jane also gave me lots of advice and sold me products accordingly. I will be back. Thank you so much xx

Thank you to Nicola for a great colour today and listening to how I’d like my hair. Some stylists assume they know what you want but Nicola listens and works hard to give you the hair you desire. She’s very friendly, conversational and smiley which is very important to a customer. Nicola also fitted me in at short notice to touch up my roots as I had a family funeral to attend which was much appreciated.
I’d requested a rough dry which a trainer was helping with, however the fabulous Grace stepped in to assist with the styling and drying as I was in a bit of a rush to collect my daughter from school. Grace kindly did this without anyone asking her - so helpful and she did a great job.
Nicola and Grace make a team Ruby Lane should be proud of.

I have been visiting Ruby Lane for years and I would never want to go anywhere else. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming as soon as you walk through the door and the relationship between the staff and the clients is amazing from beginning to end. 10/10

As always Naomi did a fantastic job colouring my hair - I’ve gone from Red to Blonde in a year - super advice on how to maintain my hair. A very happy customer once again.

As always, the service today was second to none and it was a pleasant and relaxing visit. Nothing is too much trouble for Serena and her customers are her priority
