This was my first visit to this fabulous salon - A great team of highly professional, efficient, coueteous and friendly staff. Spotlessly clean and comfortable environment - close to easy free parking. Thank you for making me so welcome and doing such a great job. Fabulous as usual

Serena helped me rethink my colour to lower the maintenance of increasingly grey roots. Went for a colour change from warm dark brown with warm tones to cool smokey ash tones. Absolutely delighted with the outcome and love my new colour. Had a lovely time as usual at the salon which is always welcoming and relaxing! I’ve been a customer for 6 years now and couldn’t rate Serena and Ruby Lane more!

Tyanah is my stylist, I can't praise her enough. She is very good at her job. She has done a fantastic job with my hair. She advises me on what would be best colour and cut wise and the result is always amazing. The salon is also great, professional, clean and friendly.

As a dad (and being a man)! I was nervous about arranging my 11 year old daughters haircut, but from the moment I called the salon to book an appt, they helped put my mind at ease, the lady didn't rush me at all and gave me lots of advice and reassurance.
At the appt, the stylist took her time to listen to both me and my daughter and suggested the best way to style her hair and was extremely kind and professional in her approach. My daughter and I were so happy with the cut and we will definitely be back.
The salon is very welcoming and all the staff are friendly. It is a very nice environment for all ages and my 11 year old is ecstatic with her new hairdo! Thanks to Sarah and the whole team for making her experience so special!

I absolutely love my hair, went in for a cut and colour and am extremely pleased with the results. My hairdresser Hayley knew exactly what I wanted my hair to look like and made it 10x better than I thought it could look. All the staff in the salon were cheerful and kind. Overall I had a wonderful experience.

Grace was welcoming, fun and an all round lovely young girl. From the beginning with our discussion of what to do with my hair, the hair wash and the head massage (which was amazing), and the cut and blow dry I felt completely pampered. I would definitely recommend Grace and would have her do my hair again.

I always have a good experience at ruby lane, always do what I want and give great advice to maintain at home. All the staff are helpful and friendly.

I came to Ruby Lane in need of a jolly good hair wash and style after surgery left me being unable to do it myself. Upon arrival, everyone was incredibly accommodating and friendly! Tyanah was so friendly and brilliant at hairdressing with a wealth of knowledge on what was needed and even recommended a treatment which has done hydrating wonders to my straw like hair!
The only thing which would have been nice was the option to tip on the card machine as since covid I don’t carry cash with me! Overall a superb experience and I feel like a new woman!
