I moved away from Aylesbury several years ago so tried nearly every hairdressers near me . Not one listened to me on how my hair reacts to different ways of cutting. After a change of job I was able to return to Ruby Lane and how relieved that Rosanna knew exactly what to do and my hair is now manageable and looking really good. Can not thank Rosanna and all the staff for making me feel not just a customer but really welcome.

Tyanah does the loveliest shampoo, great attention to blow dry and is interested in what customers say! Great girl ☺️

Georgia is just fantastic and what she does, and very understand what you would like done to your hair and very honest.. Can't remember the lady's name who washed my hair BUT she definitely does the best wash EVER. All the staff and management are very friendly and all just fab.

Once again excellent service from all staff from the time you step in the door to when you leave. I have every confidence with my stylist to leave the salon knowing my hair looks good.

Much to my annoyance I cannot rent the name of my stylist..

I wanted to know if changing my hairstyle would suit.. after discussion I decided to go ahead with changing my style.. the outcome was very good and I was pleased to have discussed with my stylist the change..

I would recommend Leanne, she fully understands my requirements and always cuts to a style that I’m completely happy with. If Leanne isn’t available I’d ask for Sarah who is equally as brilliant

Always get Jaiden to cut my son's hair as he knows exactly what he wants. My son refuses to go anywhere else now as he has been disappointed elsewhere by people that don't listen to what he wants. Sarah-Jane is an absolute genius when it comes to cutting and styling.

Jaiden consistently delivers every time he cuts or colours. Today Jaiden restyled my daughter's hair and the end result is simply outstanding. My daughter is very shy, and lacks a lot of confidence, but today after Jaiden's transformation, she walked 10 foot tall. Hairdressers do such an important job, especially in this self conscious society we live in, where our kids have so much to deal with. So thank you Jaiden. We just love you. Maddy felt really special.

I have been going to Ruby Lane for years and visit most stylists, because they are all brilliant, consistently delivering great work. Nicola, Grace, Leanne and Jaiden do deserve a special mention because they are the team members I have seen in the main over the past few years.

Tyanah does a fantastic job of cutting my hair. I've always loved the cuts, and today I'd been out of the salon for less than 30 minutes when I was stopped by a stranger who complimented my hair cut and asked where I'd had it done. Thank you Tyanah!

Jaiden gave me great advice about my hair colour. We decided to change from colour touch to permanent to create more coverage. I was a bit unsure but it was definitely the right choice, excellent coverage, colour and it’s still shiny.
My hair feels lighter and more manageable, excellent cut, straight styling and colour!
