As always, the service today was second to none and it was a pleasant and relaxing visit. Nothing is too much trouble for Serena and her customers are her priority

Had a root tint today. The salon was buzzing with chat of Christmas. My hair colour excellent, job by Angel, I have a bad back so get to sit on the wash chair that has automatic foot risers makes it so comfortable.

Chloe is amazing 🤩 she always cuts my hair well and it’s always straight and shiny. She gives me a lovely head massage, asks how I have been and makes me a decaf coffee. Everyone always comments how beautiful my hair looks. I have been coming to Ruby Lane for years and all the staff are truly amazing!

Had a few foils to blend in the dark re growth in bleached hair. Little bit worried but Nicola did a great job, I’m very pleased with the results.

Sarah has been cutting my hair for many years and always does it beautifully. It's easy to manage and a cut lasts for eight weeks or more. She is very obliging and I enjoy our conversations as Sarah clips away.

Lily was a really great young stylist in training.
She consulted me about my hair and her tutor assessed my hair line and they discussed the way the hair needed to be cut.
Watching the tutor then copying her worked well and between them I now have a really good cut.
I certainly will be back, everyone is so friendly and the atmosphere is very inclusive. I’m new but I feel really welcome and valued.

Amber did a great job of my root tint, I’m really happy with the result.
Amber asked me all the right questions to make sure I was happy with the service before she started, and checked in with the salon manager when appropriate, which gave me reassurance that the service was being checked.
Amber did all the same things as my usual stylist in making sure I was comfortable and looked after during my visit.

Grace is a wonderful Hairdresser, kind, caring and considerate. However for the owners to raise the cost by £12 is unreasonable. I won’t be paying £49 for a cut and blow dry.

I have been coming for well over a year. Always super happy with my cut and colour. All staff seem passionate about their work. Always made to feel welcome.
