Gemma and I had discussed highlights that would complement and blend the colour I was growing out ( along side some creeping greys ) . She really listened and worked out how I wear my hair and manage it day to day . I trusted Gemma with the colours and I’m thrilled with the caramel , biscuit and honey highlights she chose . The cut didn’t need much( as she took a lot off on my last visit) she smartened it up and cut it perfectly to complement the new colour . I’m really pleased with the lovely result ! Thanks Gemma for an excellent experience .

First time colouring my hair so I was a bit worried but didn’t need to be. Jaiden was amazing and took care of me and my experience from the outset. He listened to my concerns, put me at ease, talked me through everything every step of the way. I couldn’t have asked for a more relaxed and friendly experience.

only been to Grace a couple of times before, she remembers my daughter name and what we have talked about. she spends time taking about what she is doing to my hair and best products to use. and most importantly i walk out feeling a million dollars

Chloe has done a great job on my full head of highlights with olaplex. My blonde hair is back to being bright and shiny. Chloe was really friendly to chat with and attentive.

Wonderful hair cut and blow dry ..

Angel is fabulous - we all are picky about our hair and all have a view I’m sure about how it should be dried. Often have done home from salons to wash your hair again and dry how you like it …. I think Angel dries my hair better than anyone I have used before. I walked out feeling fabulous

I am always greeted by everyone at the salon with lots of smiles and how are you. I have been seeing Nicola for four years she always takes her time and asks me what I want. I highly recommend both Nicola and the salon.

First visit to salon, friendly atmosphere, clean and well organised. Georgia listened to my request and offered advise on cut. She checked colour requirements before mixing colour. I didnt feel rushed and was delighted with end result. Thank you

I moved away from Aylesbury several years ago so tried nearly every hairdressers near me . Not one listened to me on how my hair reacts to different ways of cutting. After a change of job I was able to return to Ruby Lane and how relieved that Rosanna knew exactly what to do and my hair is now manageable and looking really good. Can not thank Rosanna and all the staff for making me feel not just a customer but really welcome.

Georgia is just fantastic and what she does, and very understand what you would like done to your hair and very honest.. Can't remember the lady's name who washed my hair BUT she definitely does the best wash EVER. All the staff and management are very friendly and all just fab.

Once again excellent service from all staff from the time you step in the door to when you leave. I have every confidence with my stylist to leave the salon knowing my hair looks good.
