Gemma cut my hair exactly what I wanted it. She is very nice.

I would recommend Leanne, she fully understands my requirements and always cuts to a style that I’m completely happy with. If Leanne isn’t available I’d ask for Sarah who is equally as brilliant

Always get Jaiden to cut my son's hair as he knows exactly what he wants. My son refuses to go anywhere else now as he has been disappointed elsewhere by people that don't listen to what he wants. Jaiden is lovely, friendly and a great hairdresser. All the team at ruby lane are friendly and helpful too! Thank you x

Sarah-Jane is an absolute genius when it comes to cutting and styling.

Jaiden consistently delivers every time he cuts or colours. Today Jaiden restyled my daughter's hair and the end result is simply outstanding. My daughter is very shy, and lacks a lot of confidence, but today after Jaiden's transformation, she walked 10 foot tall. Hairdressers do such an important job, especially in this self conscious society we live in, where our kids have so much to deal with. So thank you Jaiden. We just love you. Maddy felt really special.

I have been going to Ruby Lane for years and visit most stylists, because they are all brilliant, consistently delivering great work. Nicola, Grace, Leanne and Jaiden do deserve a special mention because they are the team members I have seen in the main over the past few years.

Tyanah does a fantastic job of cutting my hair. I've always loved the cuts, and today I'd been out of the salon for less than 30 minutes when I was stopped by a stranger who complimented my hair cut and asked where I'd had it done. Thank you Tyanah!

Jaiden gave me great advice about my hair colour. We decided to change from colour touch to permanent to create more coverage. I was a bit unsure but it was definitely the right choice, excellent coverage, colour and it’s still shiny.
My hair feels lighter and more manageable, excellent cut, straight styling and colour!

Hayley cut my hair and I had a lovely experience. Felt very comfortable and looked after. The staff are very friendly. Told her what I wanted and got exactly what I went in for. I have been to many hair dressers before that cut too short or do something different to what I envision but did not have that problem here. Will deffinitely be back for my next hair cut.
