Such friendly staff. Tgey maje you feel at ease as soon as you walk in. I can't thank Fran and Ruby lane enough. I am so pleased with my hair it looks amazing!!

Lovely friendly staff.

I had an idea of what I wanted - not straightforward, as I wanted subtle shades that blended well with my own brown hair colour on top but then, I wanted a very vibrant copper orange colour layered underneath. Jaiden interpreted & brought this idea to fruition, brilliantly.

My only issue with Ruby Lane is that for about half my appointments I have been kept waiting for over 15 minutes. Always get a good cut though

Lauren is an excellent hairdresser, she is very friendly and knowledgeable. It took me many years to find a salon that I felt confident and comfortable with because of bad experiences in other hairdressers. I can honestly say that I look forward to my appointment because I know I will be greeted by happy, polite and friendly staff and of course Lauren

Absolutely delighted with my hair! Georgia took time to make suggestions and the result was superb. I’m quite anxious about getting my hair done and I felt well cared for at every stage. I would recommend Georgia for her expertise and caring approach. She even said it was nice to have met me, a lovely touch. Angel has improved 1000% since my first appointment. She paid full attention to Ian, the tutor and was happy to ask questions when necessary. My hair is lovely, the cut is absolutely great. Georgia gave me the best hair cut i’ve ever had. She was very pleasant to talk to. Only thing to improve the experience would be a more relaxing radio station, so that I don’t feel i’ve landed in my daughter’s bedroom!

Jaiden gave me one of the best haircuts I've ever had. He was very attentive during the whole appointment - I would definitely book Jaiden to be my stylist again. Very pleased with my cut from a very talented stylist!

I Was greeted by Rachel and immediately liked her, very friendly energetic and bubbly. My hair was washed by a lovely young lady who made me feel comfortable. Rachel then helped me decide on what I wanted done,and I'm the most indesive person ever, we chatted while she worked her magic and wow she made a fantastic job.see you again in 6 weeks rachel.

Georgia really took her time to get my cut right and I really enjoyed the head massage! I would highly recommend the salon and stylist.

Yet another fantastic appointment at Ruby Lane. My 3 year old son, Bradley, was accommodated at short notice and given a much needed haircut. Nicola was lovely throughout (as were the rest of the staff), talking to him and didn’t get frustrated with my fidgety toddler, even when he kept dancing to the background music. It’s experiences like this that keep my little family coming back as long-term customers. ????
