I have been going to this hairdressers for years. You are always greeted with a smile at reception, Jo is outstanding hair style list, served tea/coffee while you are getting your hair sorted, juniors are brilliant and all the other staff make you feel welcome. You can change to any other hair stylist if you fancy and no one would get funny about it. Just great experience from start to finish.

Lovely friendly staff.

I had an idea of what I wanted - not straightforward, as I wanted subtle shades that blended well with my own brown hair colour on top but then, I wanted a very vibrant copper orange colour layered underneath. Jaiden interpreted & brought this idea to fruition, brilliantly.

My only issue with Ruby Lane is that for about half my appointments I have been kept waiting for over 15 minutes. Always get a good cut though

Lauren is an excellent hairdresser, she is very friendly and knowledgeable. It took me many years to find a salon that I felt confident and comfortable with because of bad experiences in other hairdressers. I can honestly say that I look forward to my appointment because I know I will be greeted by happy, polite and friendly staff and of course Lauren
