Sarah Jane has been my hairdresser for over 10 years and she never disappoints. Such personal care and she is brilliant at knowing exactly what you need. To match this, all the other ruby lane staff are great too.

All good, as usual. Naomi was very friendly and I liked my cut.

Great cut and lots of lovely friendly chat with Nicola. So good when you are on your own and it could be the only person you get to speak to that day!

Impressed with the way you are greeted, the friendly atmosphere. I am particular about who does my hair, but I am lucky to have had Grace to do my first haircut.
Overall impressed with my hairstyle, the friendliness of Grace and this is the reason why I shall keep coming to have my hair done.

As usual I am very satisfied with my hair. I continue to come to Ruby Lane even though I live unite a way from Aylesbury as I like the salon and the stylists very much.

It's taken several session to to achieve tonight's final hair colour which i am so happy with. Jaiden always does a full consultation to what he's going to do, making sure I'm happy too. Maiden, is friendly and chatty and it's always a pleasure for him to do my hair.

As usual I had top rate hair appointmen at Ruby Lane, I have been going there on model day/night for longer than I care to remember and I have always received such good treatment, the staff are always helpful and make you feel at ease, the service and experience are just so good 😊

As usual I had a really good time. Hayley was as usual very friendly, chatty and did my hair just perfect.

Nicola was very friendly and went through with me exactly what I wanted. Very pleased with the result.

Naomi listens and in my opinion always manages to achieve the desired result. Very professional with a lovely caring personality.

As always I was made welcome at reception and Nicola looks after me very well. She understands my style and I always leave feeling younger.

I booked a last minute blow dry for an event they evening with Grace and she was fab - I also had a conditioning treatment which has done wonders for my hair and was really pleased with my blow dry as can never get it as smooth or straight as Grace managed to!

Angel is just so wonderful and gifted hairdresser! She does miracles with my thick, heavy hair. She always style my hair in such a modern and contemporary way!

Naomi could see exactly what was wrong with haircut from a another salon. She understood my type of hair and what was the best way to remedy a bad haircut. She was amazing and saved me from a bad haircut BH weekend when I was away., I am so grateful. Booked my next appt with her as she inspired confidence in I have found my regular hairdresser.
