I had a lot of fun. Decided not to go for the booked colour which could have thrown the appointment. But Sophie got right on board with a bit of experimenting to find something to sort my frizzy, dry hair. She loaded on the moisture with a treatment, cut, straightened, cut some more, styled with tongs,chatted happily and hey presto - my first grown up hair do, only took 43 years!!!!?

Naomi was lovely and I love my haircut. Naomi kept checking I was happy throughout. I was the only client there when I went so great from a Covid point of view. I also got a discount as it was my first haircut at Browns.

No matter how long it has been since my last visit I am alway so taken that Georgina can remember so much about me and my family. It makes the whole experience of getting my hair done very special. She puts you straight at ease. Additional to this is the amazing colour and style she manages to create on such challenging hair.

Georgina was very lovely and listened to what I wanted. Gave me tips and advice for my hair condition so I can recognise healthy signs, which was extremely helpful. Great cut, and very happy with the style and finish - not many stylists have battled my frizzy, curly, thick hair and left it so silky smooth.
