Sami has cut/styled my hair for several years now. She does a great job, she listens, knows me/my hair well, will do what I ask for, and equally has suggested things at times when I’ve wanted something different. She’s got a perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness that only a great hairdresser can offer. Thankyou Sami!

Unfortunately I don’t think I will be returning. Anna gave a great cut and she is fab, but my hair wash was mostly cold and the quickest wash I’ve ever had. I wasn’t asked if the temperature was ok and felt awkward about saying anything. I was looking forward to one of your lovely coffees but was never offered one. I suppose I felt like I was the last client of the day really and everyone just wanted to get home. While Anna cut my hair there was a gathering of your staff at the side having a chat and clearly waiting to go home. I also had to rewash my hair as soon as I got home as it did but feel clean on the top of my head. Again, this is not a complaint against Anna, she did a lovely job. I’m sure I’m not the most valued customer as I only get my hair cut a couple of times a year. But I do really look forward to it and just feel a bit disappointed with the overall experience.
