Emily has been my hair stylist for a few years now and she always makes me feel and look good! She is a lovely, caring young woman and of course, a great hair stylist too. Janet who washes my hair is also a lovely caring person who I love talking to. I always look forward to getting my hair done at Browns. All the staff are great.

The level of attention I got as well as the price to quality ration was one of the best I have ever received in this country

Really pleased with the fabulous service I get from Vicky, I have the smart bond treatment which has made a huge difference to my hair. I also had one of the worst wash. I like the 20% discount (jan feb) which helps with the cost. I purchased the smart bond conditioner after Vicky recommended.

Alex was great the last couple of times I've been there. She's very professional, looking after you, reads very well body-language (she knew exactly what I needed and didn't try to make chitchat like the majority of the hairstylists - I hate that). Reasonable price and very thoughtful! Would definitely recommend her.

Have been getting my hair cut at Brown’s for about 10 years. I get an excellent, skilled cut from very friendly stylists.

Today I was greeted warmly by the best receptionist, then given a relaxing head massage by Janet, then "the chat" by no less than the man himself. He's very good at noddy and saying yes to things he knows nothing about. Gave me a smile. In all my visit today was great 5 star all round. Thanks Toby

I always have my hair coloured and trimmed at your salon in Buckingham every 10 to 12 weeks. I am always extremely happy with my welcome and attention by your staff, especially Anna my stylist, and the superb finish of my hair she always achieves; I have no intention of trying out any other hair dressing salon in the area. Long may our wonderful relationship last. This salon I highly recommend.

Pleasant and friendly service

I'm pleased with my hair. The two young girls who do my hair have done a very good job as always.

I am not a "girly girl" and hate the thought of having to sit for ages having my hair coloured and cut. It is so easy with Browns, the internet booking system is great, it is very relaxed when you get to the salon and you are made to feel very welcome. They listen to your needs/requirements and produce quality cuts and colours. Definitely my salon of choice.

Going from long blond to shortish brown was a brilliant idea and brilliantly managed by Georgina. From initial consultation to final look at the back she was calm and kind and professional. Such a dramatic change in my appearance was managed beutifully and I have received many positive comments about my hair. So thank you for making it possible

I love this establishment ... I see the same hairdresser who is extremely good (recently acknowledged within the company) and always feel very satisfied with the whole experience and results.
