Wonderful friendly staff, and Josie is a complete angel. I needed a revamp and got one that I love - here's hoping I can make it look as good when I wash it!!

The staff here are all SO friendly and chatty, apart from the great hairdo it's worth going just for that! Nice earl grey too

A friendly salon with professional stylists & beauticians.

Josie put two crazy colours on my hair. She was really well informed about the colours and how they would turn out on my hair. Josie and the member of staff who washed my hair were really friendly and professional. After my colour had been washed out Josie came round and dried the front despite the fact that I did not pay for a blow dry because she wanted to make sure I was happy with the colour. I am very happy with the colour and found the staff excellent - I was even offered a glass of prosecco!

Today was my third time returning to Jamie. I really enjoy my time spent with her, such a lovely girl. She gives the best shampoo (I think I've ever had ) and cuts my hair to perfection. Her prices are cheaper than the rest and she's just as good, I would 100% recommend. .
I also use the salon for my nails and eyebrows, I always walk out of the salon happy.
It's such a great atmosphere in their, I'm always offered drinks and magazines!

The updo was exactly what I asked for and stayed put through torrential downpours and lots of dancing. Very happy.

Friendly staff, the quality of the nails are really good and they look very beautiful. Maybe a bit over priced compared to other salons.

I had my first colour and cut done By Jamie. She was extremely professional and I couldn't fault her work. I love my hair!!! . The staff around me seemed very friendly, I was constantly offered drinks (even prosecco :)) I also got offered my nails to be done but I needed to get home. I will definitely be returning to Jamie & I will also book in for my nails. Very happy

Fake It continues to impress me and I have been a customer now for about 12 years! Attentive customer service and value for money, the staff are extremely friendly and I always feel at home there. The salon constantly updates their services and products. I love it and would never go anywhere else! My regular hairdresser Marie is very talented and always looks after me! Offering advice and support on different hair styles and colours, personable whilst always remaining professional.

I have been coming to Fakeit for nearly 15 years. Which, considering I have lived in Holland for the past 10 years shows how highly I regard this Salon. I don't trust ANYONE else with my hair.

A return visit to lovelyJosie today where i said i was happy with the tint colour last time but the balyage highights were good in quantity but far too light. I asked for them to be toned down a bit. I think the method used this time was different as the highlights were done first this time and then the tint The colour of the highlights is now not v noticeable and there are far less than before particulary at the front ends . The hair framing my face is far too dark.
All far too dark for my skin tone
Really disappointed after it was so near to being really good last time and i thought i would come out loving it. I dont like it.
I also got offered a tea which didnt come and i had to ask for the stain removal liquid as my face was covered in tint. The girl rough drying my hair said i had it all over my neck at the back but didnt do anything about it!
As i said really disappointing and £95 worse off.

So chilled, exactly what I needed after a hectic day at work. Really friendly, like talking with your friends.

Lovely Jamie did my roots,a warm,pleasant girl. The girl soho washed my hair was friendly too and bubbly. Nice ambiance in the salon. Lots of chatter going on between clients and stylists. Clients must enjoy visiting the salon.

FAKE IT has a very friendly and professional atmosphere. Josie extremely personable and I felt in good hands. I was offered a drink 4 times so wouldnt go thirsty.
I had 3/4head highlights and was booked in for a cut and rough dry.
Upon drying my hair Josie herself said she could have gone darker with my colour. The priorty and goal was to get rid of the "yellow" tone go darker and have more cool tones as highlights. Difficut to assess under the salon lights but i have to say i was disappointed with the results and since washing my hairself even more so.
The colour is still too light and i feel quite patchy for 3/4 head and the tone is not that different. Josie said she would put the colour all over the ends i think once the foils had been completed instead of a tint but this wasnt done?
I absolutely get it that it can take 2 or 3 visits to get it right and fully intended to come back but after spending £130 i really feel disappointed and no one has noticed any change
I liked the blow dry but i didnt book it but they didnt charge me as i think this was a mistake

I would like to know if i can come in to have my hair made darker and the yellow tones taken away requested and if we can agtee a price as i dont think i should have to pay again the full price.
Cut was ok. More of a trim and nothing outstanding unfortunately
I hate to complain as i really liked Josie and the salon and you have such good reviews.
I look forward to hearing from you. Sorry to be disatisfied but £130 and not being thrilled is a real disappointment.

Yesterday had full set pink/white acrylic nails and eye lash extensions with Leanne. As before she did a great job and I'm really pleased with both treatments - holiday ready now! Thanks Leanne.

My first visit to the salon, everyone I met on consultation and having my treatment were all lovely.

I will be going back. Leanne did my lashes and did a fantastic job they look amazing.

Wet cut today with Marie, always a lovely welcome by all the staff. It is always nice to catch up with Marie to hear albout her latest travel adventures.
