Katie is a very pleasant stylist but the salon cannot expect that a stylist can deliver if the stylist has to run between her previous, current and future clients. Puts stress on everyone. The prices are very high and the result is less than satisfactory.

X did my roots today. I usually always book with Katie who is amazing, friendly and chatty. She is the reason I have stayed with Hobs. Today I wasn’t overly pleased as the customer service with X was non existent- she seemed like she didn’t want to be there and didn’t engage with me at all.

Very professional and charming.

Abbie immediately understood how to deal with, and tackle my fine, floppy hair. She used products to hold the blow dry in place, and used large rollers to give my hair body. I was very impressed.

I’ve always had a good experience at the salon but on this occasion the Stylist left 4 times to attend to another client and it was a little frustrating because I had other errands to run. Also she had been running late so I had already waited 15/20 mins prior to my appointment. She did apologize and I understand these things can happen. Currently I’m going through cancer treatment so just wanted to have my hair done and leave promptly

I felt that she done a very quick trim - the cut was done in around 5 minutes Didn’t seem to check over the haircut to make sure all was level. Done a nice blow dry. Which took quite a bit of the time. Sadly the curls fell out within half an hour. She didn’t talk to my 11 year old at all. Not a great experience for the price!
