This is the first time I've ever written a negative review about hob salons.
It's been my go to salon for the past 10 years and have always had amazing haircuts, blow dry, washes, treatments etc.
Today it's with a heavy heart that I write this review!
I specifically told the stylist that I would like a long bob with the length below my chin.. I even showed pictures to help with explaining.
The outcome was an extremely short bob haircut which is way above my chin and barely ties up!
I didn't have the heart to complain at the end of my appointment as I didn't want to make a scene and i really dislike confrontation.
The same stylst cut my sons hair a few hours later.. whilst the cut was OK, I was surprised she didn't spray down his hair first. She used clippers on dry hair for almost the entire appointment causing alot of hair to spray onto and inside his clothes.
She only sprayed down once I prompted her and by than my son was itching his entire neck and back and in alot of discomfort! He was quite literally covered in thousands of tiny hairs on his face, clothes, body!
Again she didn't listen to anything I had said so I ended up cutting his fringe hair when I got home!
I'm really not sure what level experience this stylist is but I felt like she didn't listen to anything I had mentioned at both appointments today.
When booking the appointment the stylist level was not even mentioned so I assumed she was a senior level given my booking history - I've been coming to this salon for almost 10 years so my entire history is saved in the system.. its clear to see that I usually only book with senior stylists.
My hair is actually ruined for the next 3 months atleast! I just wish I could turn back the clocks and book with Aimee, Tori or Mei!
It's sad to say that this might be my last ever visit to this salon.

She cuts it perfectly every time & has done for about 9 years now. She takes great care & pride & is also so personable & friendly. If you need a really good hair cut I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you Amie for all the great hair cuts over the years.
