Vikki has been cutting my kids hair for over a year now. She’s amazing and makes my kids feel at easy and so loved. I refuse to go anywhere else. She is kind, gentle and gives the best hair cuts to these growing kiddos. HOB Gerrards cross is loving, friendly and always doing their best for clients.

I booked in a colour consultation with someone and we had a long chat about what I wanted. I still wanted to be blonde but toned down a bit with different flecks of blonde. I booked it in, she wrote on the computer what I wanted and had a skin test. I arrived today to be told she doesn't work Mondays and another lady would do my hair. I assumed that she told the colourist what I wanted. She asked me what I wanted and I said it should be on my notes and I told her that I didn't like my hair too blonde and wanted it toned down a bit. Wellie come away with brown hair!! I said when she had finished I wanted blonde. I don't like complaining so I left not happy. I'm not sure of the ladies name. She said it was her first day back.

Absolutely delighted with the way Natasha both cut and coloured my hair. She knows exactly the end result that I am hoping to achieve (being blonde again) and she always cuts beautifully and double-checks I am 100% happy before she finishes.

Vikki was running a little late … no problem. She is super friendly , chatty but not over talkative… she was great … a cherry start to the day. The cut was exactly what I asked for & I think her interpretation suits me.

I had a Virgin Experience voucher for my birthday and I wanted my hair cut because it is too long and I showed Holly what I wanted. She gave me lots of time chatting about how I wanted it. I told her I was going to a wedding tomorrow and wanted a new image and better conditioned hair. I was treated to a lovely head massage and different products and a conditioning treatment. Holly was very attentive, took her time and was very particular about cutting my hair. I was very pleased with the result! I recommend Holly and I will come back. Great service.

Very worried to try out a new Hairstylist after being with one over several years BUT the best thing when I was introduced to HOB Salon in GX and Mei!
Mei just knows what she is doing and suggested a style which looks absolutely amazing! Have had great comments on my style. Mei is a great stylist with flair and clearly the Manager for a reason :)

Hobbs GX is on the pricey side but very worth it! All staff very friendly and helpful. Thank you Mei!

Thought the service was too rushed because they were running so late. Had to wait half an hour before I was served. But Stylist was very friendly and polite, managed to do my hair quickly.

Basin was uncomfortable.
Shampoo was not thorough.

From the moment I stepped in the door into the very busy salon I was welcomed. Enjoyable shampooing and massage and then my stylist worked her magic. Excellent cup of tea too.
