Lovely to see Laura and staff enjoyed having my hair finally cut after all this time look forward to going again

With the new conditions in place it was still so great to be back.
Danni was spot on with my colour and revived my hairstyle after 4 months of being over grown.

So thrilled to be back for a post lockdown hair appointment. Daniella has been doing my hair for years now and always does a fabulous service,. perfect colour, cut and blow dry! After 22 weeks since my last appointment it was so good to get my hair colour back to normal again. Thank you!

Feel like a new woman!! Thank you for making me feel welcome and safe. It must be difficult under the circumstances but you’re doing a great job adjusting and taking care of us. I did miss the coffee but that’s a minor thing I’ll live with. Apart from that it was great service as always and everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Another very good haircut from Laura. I've been coming here almost since the salon opened and have used quite a few stylists, Laura being the present one and have never had a bad haircut. My two daughters still come although one has an hour's journey.

Rebecca was great at hair washing. I've had a couple of girlies where my hair washing experience was not as good. One who rubbed too hard (they only ask you about the pressure on the massage bit not the actual hair wash bit). The other assistant did a lot of rubbing at the top in the middle of my head (felt like where my old baby fontenelle point was?) Again this wasn't comfortable.
Hope the feedback is helpful. I do love coming to the salon and really appreciate the mental space I'm given.
