Fantastic service. It was my first time there as a last minute hair do for a wedding. I can’t beleive they fitted me in at such short notice. On the day Alex didn’t just settle for a hair do- he made sure it was perfect for me. I can’t recommend this place enough and I will definitely be coming here in future.

Best salon I have been too. My experience has always been great with each appointment. Very friendly yet professional staff. I am always offered top up drinks throughout my appointment. The massage chair whilst my hair is being washed is the most relaxing experience I have had in a hairdresser. My Hairdressor Maise does an excellent job on my hair each time

Have avoided writing this for a few weeks as I don't like to give negative feedback. I have had my hair cut here a handful of times. Each time I have popped in on the off chance of a free slot. The first few times I asked how much it would be. It was always in the 30's - 32/35/38 quid. No problem. Went in six weeks ago to do the same. Had the cut then was charged a whooping 65 quid! I asked why it was so high. They explained it was a more senior stylist. I checked their website and 65 is the top price for a cut/blow. I really do think if the top price level stylists are allocated the customer should be warned. It was a good cut, but TBH no better than when the more junior stylists cut it (though I don't have a very complicated cut, so not much room to show high skill levels I guess). I just felt ripped off. 65 is a lot for a straightforward cut/blow. I won't go here again because of that.

Always enjoy gossiping and having banter with your fabulous girls.It's a real tonic to have a laugh; it is like going to a therapy session! Always come out feeling better ????

Sorry to say I did leave the salon on Friday disappointed. I was booked in with Maisie for a cut and colour. I’ve always been happy with Maisie and can’t compliment her enough. We had our consultation and I was advised someone else would be putting the colour on. I thought if I booked with Maisie I would get Maisie and I wasn’t told at time of booking a less qualified colleague would be putting the colour on. I’ve been left with colour marks on my face. I did point this out at the time and was told it would come off. During my wash my face was really scrubbed...not a relaxing experience I anticipated. I pointed out when my hair was been cut I still had colour stains on my face Maisie did her best to try and remove and I mentioned I was not happy with the way my colour was put on by her colleague. I mentioned again to reception and I was told next time I have to pay £5 extra! Shame as love coming and love Maisie but now but put off..,

Very good cut and well explained beforehand. Great hair wash in massage chair. A really good experience with Laura and I shall go back.

Daniella always cuts my hair beautifully. She really listens to what you want, and gives great advice to help you achieve the style you’re after.

I'm a regular so my hair appointment is like therepy. I leave with hair and mind feeling good .my hair today a root tint done to its normal standard, a lovely chat with the lovely staff, a coffee so what could you want !

This is the third time i have had my hair cut at the cutting studio. Katie is lovely and has been very helpful as i had long hair and i wanted to cut it short. Katie gave me a great cut which I am really happy with. The staff are very friendly to.
