This was my first visit to the Wycombe salon and it was a lovely experience. I was a previous Toni & Guy customer in a different county for many years but this will now be my new salon. I have naturally curly hair so was a little aprehensive on how it would be cut by a new stylist. I was not disapointed. My hair was cut and treated lovely. I have booked to have some foils done. Very happy with the result.

New stylist and Colourst visit as under mew management. Good cut and Bliw Dry from Ella. Colourist a bit slapdash I thought though and even though I wasn’t sure what she was explaining seemed a bit irritated. However colour did turn out ok. B

Really pleased to come back to salon after lockdown rules.

Lovely people, great hygiene felt very safe and that everyone was looking out for our welfare.

Salon was very clean and new measures in place made it feel safe . Was very pleased to be having my hair done after lockdown and was a bit nervous as it was the first time Ella had been my stylist but was very happy with the results .

As usual Kerrie was excellent and gave me a great cut. She has done my hair for years and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

I booked in with Shane as he does my hair for a long time to find out when I got there he is not even working until August no one called to inform me or told me when I booked ? I booked for my roots to be done and have a cut. This was booked in as one appointment so I was told when I got to the shop I was informed I was booked in with someone else 20 mins after my colour so I had to cancel my cut I was disappointed as I have to come back end of august for my cut I was looking forward to having my hair done today I have rebooked I hope this does not happen again as the staff there are fantastic the people doing the bookings not so good

I always love having my hair done by Ella but this time was even better - a reset after months of lockdown, a bit of a catch up and my first post-baby colour. Just love being back to normal - colour is perfect and hair feels refreshed! Thank you so much! ❤

Absolutely amazing service as ever. Excellent systems in place to minimise risk from Covid-19 I was really impressed.

Ella is brilliant, she is both knowledgable and and understanding. She listens to her customers and will do her level best to achieve the results they are after. My scalp massage was lovely but I was disappointed with the blow dry. I was told because of lack of time - I could only have my hair blow dried straight, but that doesn’t make sense as Ella was already with her next customer and left me to have my hair washed and dried by someone else. So the person blow drying my hair could have made more of an effort. As I saw other customers having non-straight blow drys... Other than that, the staff was attentive and I left happy with my hair colour.

First time with Ella and I couldn’t be happier. The environment is understandably different, I felt very safe and everything was clean. Only myself and one other customer which was good and social distancing is observed at all times. Having to wear a mask was absolutely fine and easy to work around during hair cut. I suffer from anxiety and it wasn’t easy changing stylist and going out for the first time since March, but I felt very safe and was very impressed with how the salon is functioning during this time. Ella made me feel very welcome, I would highly recommend her especially if you feel anxious. A big thank you to the team looking forward to my next visit.

A welcoming and friendly salon. Shane was very pleasant and listened to what I wanted. A friend had been cutting my hair previously but Shane updated my hair to a more flattering style. Very happy with the whole experience.

Disappointment with my experience this time. After my appointment starting 45 mins late (which I understand can happen) I was told after booking in for a balayage 2 months in advance, that they only had me down for re doing dark routes and didn't have time. Thankfully they moved things around so they could do it.

As always Rob is an amazing stylist and my hair feels and looks fantastic.

A very warm and friendly welcome by Ella and the receptionist, as always made to feel ‘at home’ relaxed
Discussed about colour and if I was pleased with it as ongoing and planned : designed by Shane who usually does my colour etc
Ella consulted with Shane about technology etc
As Ella used to attend to my hair and my preferences previously , it was not difficult for her to proceed . She also offered my usual Cappuccino coffee that I always have without having to ask me my preference!!!!!

Had a lovely morning with Becky. The staff are all so friendly, and the atmosphere is great. Suffering from severe anxiety I find it very challenging to attend appointments. I’ve been going to Becky for a few years now and she’s so understanding. She remembers everything, I don’t know how she does it, this makes my appointment a very pleasant experience. Becky is a fantastic young lady with bags of experience to help me with managing my hair and showing me how to achieve the same look at home. Becky gives great advice, she listens and understands. I would highly recommend Becky and her team, I always feel calm and do enjoy my visit even though I struggle with going into town, the whole experience is a positive one for me for which I very much appreciate. A big thank you to Becky and her fab team, looking forward to my next visit.
