Ella is always wonderful and makes me feel well-looked after as well as getting a great haircut.

Feel uplifted after Becky has reduced my bouffy grey to a glam choppy Dido flip, accentuating natural white, straightened. I didn't even mess it up swimming. We had a good chat as usual and I even got some magazine time in with coffee.

Ella is an excellent hairdresser and a really nice person who listens. I’ve only been to her twice but I really feel like she gets me. I have been really pleased with the cut & colour.

Becky did a great job. I am very happy with my hair cut. She was extremely and she genuinely made sure i was happy with everything.

Becky has been my stylist for a number of years.

I will not go anywhere or use anyone else as no other person cuts and styles my hair as well as Becky does.

She is also inspiring in the way that she oversees clients and staff.

She does this with an air of calm and has a natural way with people, giving each person her full attention. She genuinely cares that her client’s experience is if the highest standard.

She more than succeeds at this. I would highly recommend both Becky and this salon for a relaxing, enjoyable experience and an amazing haircut!

I have been going to Toni and Guy in Wycombe for a very, very long time. I have had the odd hair cut elsewhere over the years but I have never found anywhere as good.
I am always very happy. Sometimes I know what I want and other times I don’t but have never once walked out other than extremely happy.
I can’t really add more than that.

I am always so pleased with how my hair is cut and styled. Becky is aware I suffer from PTSD and how it can be challenging to be in a busy environment. All staff are very professional and always polite I feel at ease when I’m in the salon, Becky is a lovely person and I appreciate how she makes me feel at ease. I had my 5 weekly colour today with Shane, as always ultra professional, his expertise, knowledge and skills were of the highest standards
Excellent customer interaction and interpersonal skills, always remembers my preferred drink too !
My hair was washed by Hannah, a senior junior of the team, Hannah demonstrated great customer care and interaction, she was very confident and had good skills in finishing with a blow dry
She took time out to offer and get me a drink before blow drying my hair

Another Awesome hair cut and colour by Becky. I always leave the salon with exactly what I wanted lighter, brighter, healthy looking hair. I’ve been going to Becky for over 8 years. she’s an excellent colourist and uses all the latest techniques. I can’t recommend her enough. She’s friendly, genuine and so funny. I always look forward to my appointments.

Quieter than usual as I have previously been on a Friday morning . Always feel well looked after with plenty of offers of coffee which comes promptly with a milk jug and biscuits and a glass of water . Becky knows my usual order without asking . We discuss what is best/required for my hair first and then it is always done exactly as I like . The atmosphere is relaxing and Becky must see hundreds of clients but she always seems to know me and I enjoy our catch ups . Everything is professional but personal and friendly . I was very happy with my hair today and have rebooked for 8 weeks time which gives me a 10% discount next time .

Since Kerrie has been cutting my hair, I never realised how other hairdressers I have had, just treat me like another customer. Where as Kerrie remembers how I like my hair and what style suits me. She is also excellent with chit chat about family, health and such. Makes me feel so relaxed and welcoming.
