I have been going to Toni and Guy for as long as I can remember and always receive excellent service. Ella has done my cut and highlights for a few years now and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Can’t fault anything!

As always, a fantastic haircut! All members of the Toni and guy team always listen to what I want and are able to make suggestions as to what will work neat for me. Today’s experience was particularly positive as the lady who cut my hair (unfortunately I have forgotten her name!) was so lovely and interesting to talk to! She really made it a personal experience!

Regularly turns my grey bouffy hair into Dido flip and accentuates the natural highlights. Stellar.

Becky is such a nice and down to earth stylist, just like an old friend. She kindly gave me a free blowdry ans gave 100 percent. The blowdry then gave me an idea of how to style my hair for a wedding and I felt a million dollars. Thank you so much Becky and I cant wait for my next hair treatment now. I had a lovely orange juice and was spoilt with the amount of magazines and head masaage.

My daughter had a cut and treatment and her hair looks and feels amazing. She made me daughter very relaxed and made a fuss of her, she was very lovely. Will definitely go back.

As always, Ella provides an excellent and friendly service. I choose Ella every time. Today, I just had natural glossing so I had a wash and blow dry from an assistant who is also very good.

I messed up my appointment with Shane so was sad and disappointed but then had Ella who I have know for ages : she communicated with Shane and it was so lovely to see how the customers satisfaction was the most important thing: Such a warm friendly stylist ; IElka did a brilliant job : Hands up for the young trainee who patiently washed blow dried and did an expert job with the straighteners ; so young and so skilful and I’m very sorry I should remember her name but pretty young long dark hair white top black jeans and a great smile

Today I had my hair lightened again by Tracey and trimmed by Kerrie. I have been having my haircut by Kerrie now for the last six months and she is amazing. She listens to be and takes what I ask for and makes it happen. Today she understood when I spoke to both Tracey and herself bout maybe leaving my hair longer so the fouls would take and she came up with a great plan to help support my lightening venture. This is my second session with Tracey and I could not be happier. She has listened to what I want and has been absolutely superb. We are changing my hair colour from jet black to a dark blonde to blend in with my grey and she is not rushing or forcing the process which is leaving me with great results on my journey to lighter hair. I’ve been having my hair cut by Kerrie for a number of years now and as always I am extreme pleased with the results. On one hair emergency I went to a different Toni & Guys with another hair dresser with a similar level of experience as Kerrie and was disappointed with the way my hair styled after the salon look. I can highly recommend Kerrie and the High Wycombe team for being excellent!
