I keep having problems with booking online. I book get an email confirmation then a text nearer to the date with a different time. I have a different colourist and stylist and there is often a wait between the two , presumably because bookings are incorrect

I went for a treatment to have a shine hair for my son’s graduation, the girl who did it for me after my treatment did a quick blow dry, she asked if I wanted some volume, I said yes, she applied to much mousse my hair ended to dry and heavy on the roots and not shine at all, not very happy because I wanted to look flawless….
