Another fantastic experience at Harington's using their 'model' plan. This is the third time that Liana (level 3 trainee) has styled my hair and each time just gets so much better! It's obvious to me that there is a very high standard of training at Haringtons. Came out of the salon feeling 10 years younger! Always lovely reception staff, in fact, everyone there is just great. Thanks again Liana, you exceeded my expectations again today and I know you will have a very successful career as a stylist. Also thanks to Steve who was supervising, definitely the best supervisor I've come across through all my experiences.

I was very disappointed with my hair washing experience yesterday as the back of my dress and cardigan was completely soaked with water. The lady who washed my hair even pulled my earring out and had it in her hand. This is the first time this has happened. I was unable to put my cardigan and coat on to leave the salon. Very disappointing. The haircut was exceptional, as always.
