Took my 12 & 14yr olds for a first proper haircut in Renaissance (not a quick barber cut) and they loved it! Whole experience of talking through what they wanted, getting hair washed and final result. Len was brilliant with them, and I know it won’t be a battle to get them back. I am 3 and I have never been in a hairdressers before and I didn’t know what to expect and was very nervous. Jack was lovely told me where to sit and chatted lots with my mum about my hair. He made me feel very safe and important and was really gentle and told me exactly what was happening. I love my hair and can’t wait to come back and see Jack

Evie, who did my hair consistently tries her best to work her magic on my hair to get to the shade I want. It has taken a few sessions and will take a few more to get there and I couldn’t be happier. A lot of time and effort has been put in. She has given me tips to maintain healthy hair. I would definitely recommend her!
