Every time I come to Decesare I leave with a smile on my face. All the girls are so friendly and welcoming, and Rosie is an absolute genius.

Seeing Sorina was a real treat. The head massage was lovely and relaxing. She took great care with the cut and helped me understand how best to dry my new style. I trust her judgement and look forward to seeing her again.

Many of the stylists look so very young; don’t let this put you off. They are incredibly professional, non-judgemental and caring. Recently had Kiara; amazing; so much so, I’ve booked to see her again. She made me feel so relaxed and was so positive about my hair, during a difficult personal period in my life. ALL at the salon are warm, welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere is happy and relaxed. Myself and my daughter would never go elsewhere. This is the best experience we’ve had; and I’ve had a few in my lifetime. We would both highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sarah has literally transformed me! Without the need for spas or botox, Sarah has made me look and feel years younger and I now feel confident and delighted with my hair. She is amazing, always bubbling with enthusiasm….it’s infectious!

Michael is an exceptional hairdresser- never disappoints

I saw Abbie as the kerastraight took my colour to an unnatural yellow/ orange. Abbie took her time to listen and discuss the colour with me and also discussed with Kiara. I felt confident of a good outcome but unfortunately neither me or my husband can see much difference in the colour and it’s not‘sandy blonde’. Maybe the kerastraight prevented the tint penetration ( my hair feels like I’ve not washed out conditioner, and it’s rather lank) but ultimately the service was great but I’ve spent alot and unhappy with result.

Love my new hairstyle, I was growing my pixie cut slightly longer. But couldn’t stand it any more so needed an emergency trim. Luckily for me Abbie had a free appointment, so I managed to squeeze in. I’m so glad that I did, I had a picture and Abbie discussed with me, what she would recommend, after listening to what I wanted. She took great care with my hair, spending nearly 2 hours to get it just right. I’m so pleased with the end result, I even treated myself to some shine spray, which she recommended. She is a really talented hairdresser and with a lovely caring approach. She is new to Decesare and I feel she will be a real asset to the salon.

Not my usual salon but needed a tidy up. After talking through what I wanted, Kiara gave me a reshape and tidy that looked great. She kept the length and textured the back and sides just right. She was also very personable and I enjoyed our chat. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Lovely hair cut colour and coffee

It is with a heavy heart that I have to leave this review. I have been coming to your salon since 2008 and have always been made to feel very welcome and a valued client. I have had several different stylists over the years and have always enjoyed my experience in the salon and loved my haircuts/colours/blow drys with all of them.
Over the years I have had different hairstyles and some of them have included a fringe. I’ve always been made to feel very welcome to come and have it trimmed in between haircuts. Recently I was advised that there will now be a charge for this service, which initially I understood, but then I was told it would be £15! I understand that time is valuable and if it was a long or particularly tricky appointment I could understand the justification for this high charge, but my fringe trims have taken a maximum of a couple of minutes over the years and when I’ve booked I’ve been told to come in in between clients so it’s not even an appointment slot someone else could use. But more disappointing, I came in last week a couple of days before my wedding only after having a colour and cut the week before to be charged £22 for a fringe trim which took about 1 minute, again after being told this was a spare gap between clients. To say I feel a little gobsmacked at this incredibly expensive charge is an understatement. This is by no means a complaint about Sorina as she has always been so professional and lovely, she was purely doing as directed.
I just feel let down and not valued as a loyal client of 14 years. I would love to be able to afford these charges but I already travel from Northampton to the salon and to pay £22 for a fringe trim every 3 weeks on top of my normal haircuts and colour is just not realistic or affordable for me anymore. I’d like to thank the stylists for there services over the years but sadly I will not be able to return with the current pricing.

This was my first visit to Decesare. Everyone there was friendly and made me feel welcome. I didn’t know any of the stylists, so I took a chance and booked with Rayne. She was friendly, professional, she listened to what I wanted and she talked me through every step. I was really pleased with the result. Thank you, Rayne!

Abbie did a fantastic job, she explained all the way through what she intended to do and why. I took her advise and am immensely happy with the result. Coming home and washing and blow drying myself, my fine hair is looking so much better. It was a bit of a shot in the dark as new to the area I am not familiar with the local salons but wanted to choose an independent local salon as like to support local businesses . I would also like to add that i normally feel anxious when coming to get my hair cut as for some reason feel
Intimidated,but was put at ease
