Michael and his team are just amazing. I’ve always had unruly, terrible, hair. Today, Kiara and Rosie made it shiny and manageable again with their fabulous kerastraight treatment. And Michael always does a cut and colour that looks and feels amazing, and which holds the style for the longest time. It’s not just the hair though. It’s the service, the smiles, the way the team make me and everyone I can see in the salon feel relaxed, special and welcome. I will never go anywhere else.

So happy with how Abbie worked her magic on my hair. I'd completely fallen out of love with it and she gave her expert advice on colour and style and I love the results, brilliant at her job!

I had my hair cut today by Rosie and all I can say is, what an amazing job she did. I have been to so many different salons over the last 3 years and I haven’t found one that I would go back to. I will be a regular, such a lovely atmosphere and Rosie made me feel really welcome. Definitely will be returning! I am so happy I have now found my go to. Rosie was incredible, as always, when my 2 year old decided that she suddenly wasn’t going to get her hair cut after spending the entire morning talking about it. Rosie was patient and accommodating to ensure that we could leave with my daughter’s fringe out of her eyes. The time and effort Rosie took was greatly appreciated, and all of the staff interactions with my daughter were welcoming and friendly - so thank you.

Thank you for my new hair colour. I put all my trust in Kiara and she delivered. It's been an ongoing process and the before and after pictures show the time and effort that has been put in. Would never go anywhere else and would highly recommend the salon. The lighthearted atmosphere makes it an even more pleasurable experience (as long as Michael doesn't sing ?).. I’m new to this area and having seen the amazing reviews I made an appt. It was a class act from start to finish! I popped in to meet Rosie and discuss style and colour, and the next week was a 3 hour treat. The team here are welcoming, friendly and professional; the salon busy but calm. Great haircut and conversation as always!

Our little boy Parker had long surfer look hair which we've struggled with the idea of cutting for a while now... after the decision was made we booked Rosie and the entire experience was fantastic! Not only did she do a great cut which we're super happy with, but she put Parker at ease the entire time and let both mum and dad stay close... fully recommended without hesitation!!

I had a cut and blow dry today and was so pleased with the style. Sarah instinctively seems to know what to do with my hair which is not easy and the results are always fabulous. Everyone in the salon is so friendly and welcoming as well.

Abbie was extremely attentive and took time to discuss my hair colour, texture and a style. Every step of the way she explained the process. I had easi meche then a toner to ensure the blonde was more ashy. I am so delighted with the colour and cut. Thank you so much - it was a relaxing few hours

When I asked my daughter how was it. She said that was one of the best day in her life. She said: now I feel like a real princess. It was amazing and the lady she was really nice and I think she is like me. Really good time and awesome standards in place. Definitely we come back and refer to the friends.

I loved how relaxed i felt as i had never been to the salon before. I was put at ease as soon as i walked through the door, all of my questions were answered and Rayne gave me some tips to go home and do. Overall im really happy with my new hair style and am looking forward to my next appointment.

I had such a lovely hair cut with Lauren yesterday. She was great, I absolutely love my hair cut it looks great. She spent time giving me a lovely curly blow dry afterwards. She was very attentive and helpful - she gave me lots of tips on how to help manage my hair better at home too. I loved my experience and have rebooked to go again soon!

I love my haircut!! Kiara did an amazing job. This was my first visit to Decesare. Kiara spent time finding out exactly what I wanted and this showed in the cut gave me. She managed to “correct” mistakes made with my previous cut done at a different salon. Kiara was friendly and professional and put me at ease straight away. So pleased I chose Decesare.

Rosie is one of the best hairdressers I’ve had. I am very particular with who I trust my hair with but Rosie listens to what I want and advises me on how to care for my long curly Locks. Everyone there is warm and welcoming and I feel pampered every-time I go.

All staff in the salon are very friendly, approachable and helpful.

I’ve tried a number of salons but kiara was great at listening to my thoughts and giving great suggestions. She finishes my hair the way I like it, and always really helpful. There’s been a real mix up with the double charging of deposits, sorted now but was a killer before Christmas. Lovely atmosphere there, great service.
