Felt safe and another good cut by Sarah!

Brilliant hair cut as always. So refreshing to have a stylist who you can allow to take charge and who will give you a haircut that works with your own hair and is flattering. Absolutely love my new bob!

I was a little nervous upon arrival, I’d been at the same salon for around 15 years… numerous reason I needed to change.
Although I’m local, until I searched local hairdressers I had never stumbled across you guys! Such a shame! Should have jumped ship years ago!! My interim cut and colour wasn’t great! Horrific actually. Surprised Michael didn’t march me out with my de frizz conditioner! ?

Michael met with me and discussed thoroughly my concerns, my likes, dislikes, my face, head shape etc… and gave me tons of advice and a super plan for moving forwards. The girls in the salon helping out are lovely too!
Only went in for a blow dry and a chat, but came out with a fabulous cut too!! And for a super nervous customer that’s a big thing for me!

Michael decided to do something different today. The cut was described very clearly and before anything drastic, he’d explain how it would look.

Absolutely wonderful service. It was my first time and Rosie took her time to ask about my hair, explained everything she was doing before doing it and provided plenty of tips. I didn’t feel rushed at all and she really listened to what I wanted and did just that. Absolutely wonderful service and I’ll be sure to be back!

I came in with a very rough idea to change up my hair but I also wasn’t really sure exactly what I wanted done. Kiara talked through ideas and told me exactly what she thought would work and it did. She did an amazing job and I couldn’t be happier with the result!

Rosie was so kind and helpful when I was explaining what I wanted to do with my hair and was so sweet the whole time. Loved how it turned out and how much care she put into it so thankyou so much!

Since ‘embracing the grey’ a few months before Covid struck and then growing ever longer hair along with the rest of the population through the various lockdowns, plus passing a milestone birthday,I felt I’d lost my way a bit looks-wise. That all changed this morning with a fabulous bouncy new cut and colour by Michael. I LOVE my new look and the colour has transformed my hair - I’m amazed and thrilled. Can’t thank the Decesare team enough.

Kiara was absolutely amazing so personal and took the time to really understand exactly what I wanted to achieve. She really understood my hair type and gave me great advice on how I could get it in a better condition but still keep the style I like. I was blown away when I was given a candle as a new client gift, such a lovely touch! Really impressed great service and professional advice.

My little girl wanted 6 inches cut off her hair and to have more of a style and feel a bit more grown up.
Rosie took the time to talk her through what would work and ask her about what she was looking for.

All of the staff are so lovely and welcoming, I’ve walked past this salon so many times over the years, but I’m really happy that I finally made an appointment to go in.

After not having my hair professionally cut since 2019. I was very much looking forward to appointment, Kiara was amazing and so helpful as I'm useless at defining a style or haircut. I was offered a drink as soon as I was seated and given a lovely head massage during my wash. All the staff where very welcoming and I can't wait to book in for my next appointment.

Went for my free consultation today, Michael spent a hour going though every single detail, making sure I understood everything, not pushy at all. All the staff where amazing. Excited to have my hair done. Would recommend 100 percent.

One of the best hairdresser experiences I've ever had. Sorina really understood what I wanted and I am so happy with the result. She is a really talented hairdresser. A very friendly and welcoming salon, I really enjoyed my time there getting a cut and highlights. Every member of staff I came in contact with was very nice. Will be going back!

Sarah helped enormously with useful advice and cutting my hair to make it as good as possible after months of ill health so it boosted my morale as well as making it look much better.
