Decesare Hair Salon

This is my second experience with the salon. I am gob smacked with the results of my hair. Charlene has done a fantastic job and I will 100% be returning!!

I’d been going to the same hairdresser at Trevor Sorbie, Covent Garden, for 10 years so when he left - at the same time I moved into this area - I started the search for a new salon. I decided on Decasare after seeing others’ reviews but kind of expected to try a few places before settling on my next forever hairdresser. Nope! Was blown away by the quality of Claire’s cut and that gave me the confidence to come in for a colour to help ease along my lockdown-decision to embrace the grey. Soooo glad I did. Already totally trust Claire’s judgement and very happy to leave my hair in her hands. Sorry it’s taken me so long to leave this review, Claire, and I hope you’re not planning on going anywhere - we’re in this for the long haul!!

Rosie you are such a gem. Not only did you give me a first class colour today, the blow dry was so beautiful and bouncy that I know it will last for ages! I love talking to you and I would adopt you if I could. Thank you for spending so much time on my hair and thank you Michael for being such a great Boss, who never pressurises his team, especially the younger ones to get hairstyles finished o quickly, which I know they do in other salons. I feel so lucky to be able to come to this salon.

My wife & I have been having our hair cut and styled at Decesare by Charlene for a few years now. The salon is a very stylish and friendly place to be. Charlene is always great. She listens to what you would like and is a very skilful stylist who knows her job inside out. Charlene has also cut my 18 month old sons hair and we have recommended Charlene and the salon to many friends and family who have also had great experiences.

Rosie was amazing,very professional and polite ,she knew exactly what was my expectation. My hair looks amazing again (finally )Thank you.

It is such a treat coming to Decesare. I last went the week before lockdown in March so was well overdue a visit and it did not disappoint. Sorina listened to what I wanted from the cut and did exactly what I asked which is actually not always the case as I’ve learnt from other salons in the past. The Kerastraight has transformed my hair once again to a sleek, shiny and beautifully straight head of hair. Finally the hot chocolate is the icing on the cake. Thank you Sorina and Decesare for a lovely, safe experience.

We came into the salon with a bodged hair cut for my little girl, Without an appt booked Rosie managed to squeeze us in to her busy schedule to be able to sort my daughters hair out. X

First time to the salon went in for a fringe cut and consultation for a different style . As i waited I could see how dedicated and knowledgable the staff were and the care they took over every client. I look forward to using this as my new hairdressers.

Excellent experience here - Micheal was great at listening to my challenges and issues - consulted on the solutions and fantastically executed. Great tutorial on how to achieve the style proper at the end.

Claire was great! She listened and gave me the cut and colour I was after. Very happy with the result!

Cant say enough..... was a fabulous experience and Rosie was amazingly helpful and full of great advice. Have definitely found my salon.

As always the service was great at Decesare. This was my first trip post Covid and my sons first hair cut here. There are plenty of measures in place to make sure that staff and customers remain safe and the hair cuts for my kids from Charlene and Sorina were fabulous. Kids had a great time and now ready to go back to school with lovely smart hair.

Very professional, kind and listened to what I would like. She did the job extremely well.

This was my first time at the salon and I was very impressed with the service, standards & quality of my hair cut & blow dry. Rosie was lovely and did an excellent job with my Lockdown mane. I would highly recommend and will definitely visit again.

I took my teenage daughter to have her hair coloured and cut by Michael ( having read rave reviews) We can honestly say that he achieved exactly the colours she was desiring and the service she received made her feel a million dollars . We have definitely found our new family hairdressers. Thank you Michael .

Thought my colour was ok until Sarah did such a fab job on it today and now so much better! She blends my grey brilliantly. Also went shorter and she knows just what suits me. Thank you ?

I wanted to go blonde with out ruining the condition of my hair, and michael did this wonderfully. Lovely staff, and a lovelier atmosphere

It was lovely to return back to the salon after five months, through lockdown.
As always Sarah performed her wonders, really pleased with my colour and cut. Cheerful as ever and plenty of the usual banter!
The PPE was well implemented too.

Great to be back with Sarah. A very clean, calm salon and as always , perfect highlights and cut. Very professional and extremely happy.

Following a recent stay in Hospital and the recent lockdown, my hair was on need of some TLC. I remembered Decesare, and popped in to make an appointment. Roose was able to see me straight away, and within an hour my hair was restyled. My new style looks wonderful and is so much easier for me to manage. Thank you Roose, you have really lifted my spirits.

1st time visit and 1st haircut since the lockdown..... and I would say Decesare have gone above and beyond to ensure safety in these unprecedented times are in place.
Claire provided professional options I could take to deliver on the finish I was after and delivered - Happy customer :-)
Claire also answered my questions for hair care products that would again, give me the finish I was after.
I would recommend and I will be a using Decesare again.

Fir the last 24 years Sarah has repeatedly given me a superb haircut... which with my hair is no mean feat. Again today, she’s knocked it out of the park! Thank you Sarah xx

Sarah is a great stylist and she made a wonderful job of my hair. I was unable to have my hair cut for 25 weeks due to shielding and she has made me so happy and I felt very safe with the way they handled the present situation.

Wasn’t sure what to expect as this was my first experience at this salon but they did not disappoint. Felt very welcome and as if I had the stylists full attention the whole way through didn’t feel rushed or fobbed off with a quick cut. Was very happy with the detail and Rosie was brilliant from the start asking me lots of questions and offering advise. Wash cut and blow dry all included in very reasonable price and result made me feel wonderful. Will definately be returning and would recommend to everyone

Honestly, when I left the salon, I was over the moon with this blow dry - Rosie turned my fine, blonde hair into something sleek and shiny. When I got home, my husband went 'Wow!' and had the same thoughts as me. Thanks Rosie - a great job ?.

Very impressed with the hygiene & cleanliness. Rosie was very good with my hair she took some time explaining what to do with my hair .I Came away very happy.

Michael and his team understand hair and colour like no other local salon I’ve found. There is a great atmosphere in the Salon and it’s always a pleasure to visit. Expect to pay a bit more but as with many things - you get what you pay for and it’s totally worth it

I have nothing but good things to say about Charlene. She’s just the best in the biz. Her cuts always grow out so beautifully and I feel like she just knows my hair! I totally trust her with my hair. She wore her mask the whole time, I had my temp done, and disposable apron, and I felt very ‘covid safe.’ I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I cannot thank Sarah and the team enough. Gorgeous hair, really lovely atmosphere leaving you feel completely relaxed.

Charlene is always good at doing my hair and this time was quite tricky because I’m growing out my hair from a pixie cut but she did it very well.
