Emily cut my hair for first ,she did a lovely job I’m very happy with it ,feels so much lighter as my hair is really thick ,very pleasant and friendly Atmospheres, ,booked for 2nd appointment next mth ??

I've been growing out my hair colour during lockdown and wanted to keep it (very) long but cover the gold tone from the dye. Emily did a brilliant job of listening to what I wanted, advising and most importantly mixed an amazing colour so that my hair looks natural, grey and it's still long. Brilliant ? ?

Luxe has a great, relaxed vibe. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Sam is a great stylist and knows how to create a flattering cut.

Cut and Blow-dry with a director, cut was horrendous. Messages to salon were read but ignored, called salon, nice girl booked me in to see Jane. Who did her best to fix what she could of my mess of a cut.

No contact from the salon manager or response to my messages, no apology or explanation. An awful experience and hair I'm extremely unhappy with cost me ££.

To say I'm disappointed is an understatement.

First time at Luxe hair salon, my hair was long,dry and frizzy.. Jane did a really good job in cutting and bring it back to life.. I would definitely go there again..the service was really good.

As always, a great experience, these girls know there colours and cuts.

Sam has done my hair for around 11 years and I dont trust anyone else. Going to the salon is a bit of me time and I walk away feeling amazing and relaxed . Look forward to it everytime

Loved the ‘No fuss’ decor, lovely comfortable salon. Fabulous massage chair at the washbasins. Radio playing in the background on LOW volume so it was easy to speak to your hairdresser. The atmosphere was very ‘easy’, thoroughly enjoyed my appointment and will go back.

I don't normally like going to salons, they make me feel uncomfortable and self conscious. Well let me tell you, Luxe Hair Salon is very different. The lovely ladies that own and work there are so very welcoming. The service is 5 star. I had my hair done by Sam she is brilliant. I highly recommend this Salon. Oh and the massage chairs at the basin are AMAZING (wink wink)

I went into Luxe with hair broken at the roots and dry ends due to bleaching, it was my first time back in a salon for a long time and my stylist Jane made me feel welcome. I explained what had happened to my hair from a previous hairdresser (not this salon) and Jane talked me through a treatment the salon do that would help rebuild strength in my hair and repair the damage, it wasn't a pushy sales approach and she told me to go away and have a read up on it first.

I then asked about dyes that would be best for my hair as I was reluctant to do anything with it in fear more would break, again Jane talked me through options available.

I left the salon happy with my haircut and the fact the damage was less noticeable and happy with all the info given.

Wasn't sure about getting foils but Sam was great talk me through it and I love my hair, so glad I listened to her. Be back in 6 weeks.

Sam did an amazing job on my hair as always. Very friendly and welcoming whilst abiding by the Covid rules.. Luxe is a beautiful salon, love the massage chairs. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my hair needs. Thanks again Sam :)

Maddie has been doing my extensions for a year now and I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else! The salon is so light and lovely with lovely girls making you feel comfortable and relaxed, and Maddie is a super woman with the extensions she has a magic touch and makes them blend it looks so natural and they last so long as lock down has tested! Love love love!!!

Went to the salon today, had my hair.cut.by Jane, she did a brilliant job. Would definitely recommend ?

I always leave sooo happy with my hair. Sam always does my hair exactly how I want it, offering the best service.
The salon is always a nice place to be and everyone who works there is soooo lovely, and make you feel super comfortable!
