Firstly, the salon itself is really lovely and spacious! Vanessa is an amazing stylist & shows how much she enjoys what she does :) products used were lovely & I’m very happy with my hair :)

I wouldn’t have my colour done with anyone else now . As a trained hairdresser I can be very fussy with my hair and who colours it but have had Jelena the last 3 times do my balayage and it’s always perfect . She colours it in a way it will last for months and I always get compliments on my hair even months after it’s been done .

As usual I was treated with care and kindness. I was made to feel comfortable and I was listened to - Result bring in my opinion the perfect cut and style like a Hollywood starlet at least my hair style

Fay is amazing – friendly, talented, and always makes me feel so comfortable. The entire staff team is warm, welcoming, and incredibly transparent and honest about their services. I can't imagine going anywhere else!

I brought my elderly mum, who has Alzheimer's, to the salon this morning for our first ever visit. Whilst parking is a massive issue for disabled clients (none available) and the two steps into the building difficult with no hand rail. It's well worth the effort if able.
A tiny frontage hides a vast, beautifully decorated business. We were greeted by four members of smiling staff.
Hayden identified himself and escorted us to the rear of the salon, away from the majority of other customers. This was appreciated as Mum gets scared in unfamiliar places. He sat us down, offered drinks and discussed what we wanted. Hayden's sparkling personality shone through. Both very caring and extremely funny. He had Mum smiling as we chatted about everything and nothing. He really is a breath of fresh air!
The cut he gave her was far superior to our previous stylist, Hayden also offered products and advice. He was very professional and an absolute credit to House of Hair.

We will definitely be returning 😊

Considering the last salon I went to butchered my hair. I’ve walked away feeling so pretty and confident! the service I received was amazing everyone is lovely and the salon it’s self is so cosy and clean with the most relaxed atmosphere. Vanessa is such a lovely person to be around she made me very comfortable and relaxed. I’ll definitely be coming back!.

I’ve been visited the salon over a year now and can honestly say I won’t let anyone else touch my hair but James. The salon is clean and your always offered refreshments.

Always a 5* service from James. A special treat for me that I always look forward to as I don’t come to the hairdressers often! James is always polite, friendly and does exactly as I ask. He’s 100% professional and amazing at his job which I can tell he enjoys. A brilliant asset to your company

Hayden looked after me from start to finish and has done a fantastic transformation on my hair. After many visits to different hairdressers and salons I had lost all confidence, Hayden has blown me away with his skill, compassion and understanding. He has restored my confidence! I would highly recommend visiting The house of hair.

Absolutely love my restyle, first time in salon, very relaxed place. Coffee lovely. Hayden was amazing and I just told him what I wanted and let him get on with it.

Omg, I was worried to get my hair done by someone new and James was absolutely brilliant !! He got exactly what I wanted and delivered it to the best standard, blonde refresher and brown base parted it very well to dye it and blended really well also , washed all product out thoroughly , took his time with the blow dry to ensure it had shape, bounce and was dry and then curled it perfectly !! So happy and would recommend James, just to add I have thick long coarse hair he's amazing!!

Jelena always does a lovely job o my unruly curly hair, very happy.

I left with my hair totally damaged. I wanted blond and he added more root stretch which I did not needed and the blond was a mix of orange and white ash and to fix had to make even darker. It really affected my self esteem. I wish I could add a photo to show how damaged is looking.
I'll need to spend even more money and pray to find another professional that can fix without cause even more damage to a hair that is very fragile. I can't even take any photo during my holidays so bad looks to me

So happy with my highlights! Jelena did a mix of brown and blonde highlights through my dark brown/black curly hair and it looks amazing! A lovely salon experience, Jelena is so talented and the whole team make sure you’re happy, comfortable and offer drinks etc.

Appointment was for tape extension refit , roots and cut . Andrew just does his magic and has an incredible memory , always knows what I like and I’m always happy 100%. The nicest person too 😊
